I disagree with Thomas Chow. Just because you may not have heard of Island Forex Trading does not mean something is wrong ....After all I am not sure who Mr. Chow is. I own Island Forex Trading and I dont know how I got on this site. I am not a broker but a CTA clearing through GFT. I have an office in Garden City, New York. I have traded for over 15 years. I use a strategy that I teach in my office or thru the internet. GFT's software is easy to use and the spreads are tight. I do not rush people to trade volume and do not charge any fee's to sit in my office. Call me if you would like to hear more about what I do.

I cannot rate this broker but am shocked it is rated 5 stars, I have spoken to so many people and nobody has heard of this broker, so my advice is to stay away, based on the reviews on this site i am going with oanda and will open a free demo with them.

Although I have only been trading a demo account at this firm for a few weeks I feel that they are helping me develop a good trading strategy. Risk management is also an area where I needed help. I am getting it. I hope I can go live soon as my demo account is 95% profitable now. If you are looking for a place where you can go into an office and talk to someone and learn to trade this is it. They are friendly and patient and dont charge a seat fee. They use GFT for the software, I love it and the spreads are very good.
