An excellent ECN broker for experienced traders. Not for beginners as min. trading size is 1 lot and minimum account size USD 10.000,-. Extremely tight spreads, EUR/USD between 0-1 pips. Of course you have to pay a commission, USD 3,- per 100.000 USD traded which is very competitive in the market. Execution is superfast, I did not experience the slippage mentioned in other reviews except during news releases. However generally I would not recommend to use an ECN during a news release as you are trading in the real market and spreads are widening a lot. Their platform offers very goods features like different kind of trailing stops, different kind of stop losses - you can put your stop loss either on the bid or ask which can prevent you from being stopped out through spread widening during news announcements. I also experienced helpful and friendly customer service (I use their London office).

honestly this broker slips a lot of times, i can give you an example, say eur/usd is showing 1.5502/03 and I want to buy it at market, it gets filled at 1.5505! then say you want to cash your profits it is showing 1.5528/29 i magically get filled at 1.5525! stay away from these guys and when you ask their reps about this they blame your computer and your eyes, what a load of crap!

There is too much slippage with this company, I got referred to these guys by Felix but I hear he has dumped them as well, other than the 25 pip slippage problems the rest is fine. If you don't mind being slipped on occassion you can consider using these guys but comparing them with MB Trading, I would go with MB.

I have been using this ECN for a few weeks now and would suggest it only if you are an experienced trader. Their platform is decent (as are spreads) and fairly fast. HotSpotFX requires a minimum depost to trade (almost $10k) using their platform.
