WizeTrade

Wizetrade used high pressure sales to sell it products. They operate like an infomercial. Their plan is to sell the unsuspecting noob a way of life through their online community of WTV and "listening to their experts pick the winners" for ya on their TV show. Their CTFX or Command Trade FX software is supposed to be partially automated so that you can "click your strategies and go off to the golf course". Well I bought the 14 day trial. Yes I use the word "bought" as it costs $4995.00 for their software. Well I'm new to the Forex markets and I bought the software. It worked terrible. I listened to the experts on their inhouse internet TV show and picked the pre programmed strategies. In two weeks I lost $560.00 US out of my $2700.00US account. I went 1 for 21 on their suggested picks. So I manually did some trading and went 3 for 4 for some small gains. Their software is really buged. I had to call their tech support 5 times in 11 days to fix runtime errors that shut the software down on me. Also their sales people lie. I caught then in two such lies that were really important. During one of my manuel trading sessions my software locked up at around midnight. Their tech guys said that it was their brokers, (MB trading), roll over time and no trades could happen for 15 min. at that time. So I had to wait and I lost about $65.00 on a trade that I was trying to close out prior. When I talked to "my trainer" at Wizetrade he lied to me about it saying that there wasn't any such role over that happened at that time and that he would speak to the tech about it. Well I've been doing some web research and found out that they DO do a role over at that time and that no trades can take place.

Since they have a 14 day money back guarantee on the product I've emailed them 3 times asking for the refund and faxed them once. they have yet to respond to my demand for a full refund based on their policies, (and minimal state refund laws). I rec'd 8 phone calls within 4 hours of the original email from Wizetrade sales people trying to change my mind. It took a threat for me to sue to get them to acknowledge my refund. I have as of yet to receive it. I'll post back on how long it takes if I receive it at all. If you are a noob like me to the forex market then I hope that you read this first before making the same mistakes that I've made. The only path to success here is through hard work, study, and solid planning.

Dave
Ontario, Canada
