I found that the cost of trading with their software prohibit of any interesting profit. I traded twice was robbed of almost 20%of my gain for the risk I take. Savannah

TradeStation has good software, and I've been able to write an automatic trading program that's very profitable. However, the trading platform is unreliable, so you have to verify that it's online periodically throughout the day and night. The worst problem, though, is that the forex broker is Gain Capital, which takes the other side of every trade. I could literally double my account every month if it weren't for the more than $20 in average "slippage" for every trade--that's per turn. So instead of trading short-term, I have to trade much longer bars with a lower profitability.
