HY Markets is a scam spread changes not long after if you buy or sell, watch on mt4 platform and web trader platform at same time small windows side by side. I have tryed for over a month now trying to get what little money I have left in my account from them ,( just over $400)They gave me a withdrawl # and zeroed out my account . I e-mail them and say my money has not come back on to my credit card from which it came from . I gave them all my docs months ago and even did a test run with a withdrawl months back and they did it then so I trusted them and put more money in my trader account . After months of losing money no matter what I did,I started watching both Platforms together noticed a difference of pips from the one platform I wasn't trading on to the one I was trading on . anyway to make a long story short I figured I would take My losses and get out I have e-mailed them several times asking where my money is and have not gotten a response

I've been using HY Markets for about six months. Things have generally been okay, but there are too many bugs in the system. The one bothering me at the moment is the difference in the March 2010 NASDAQ contract, which is listed at 2326, and the spot price, which 2762.

When similar situations have arisen, it has been pointless to bring them up, because I have to talk to four or five reps for someone to finally do something about it.

I will probably continue trading with them, but I am opening a new account elsewhere.

Customer service is good as well as the trading platform. However there are some "magic" going particularly in trade executions...

this broker is a scam thankfully i realised it before tradeing and i am disputing the payment with my bank to get my money back! they have no ssl certificates there not registered nor is the "withdrawl" encrypted i recomend getting a new credit card if you use this broker and get your money back!

it's sad that some here didn't succeed to trade using their platform... But for me, you;re the one who si controlling your money so everything you gain and you lose, it's your your way on how you trade online. I think next time we should be wise in trading and negotiating with others to gain more money.

I find their system good fast! So I recommend HY Markets to all those who want to start business in online trading! :) But remember, be wise!

I recomment not to use this broker for your investment. I have lost my one month saving. While you lose more you will habit/temptation of recovering the money when you see a favarable mkt condition. But do not ........ I dont know if I my self can stop trading with them.

Look at all these people crying that they havent got their money back. All FSA regulated Forex broker companies have strict verification procedures. And this is required by the UK government.

So far my experience with HY Markets has been a great one. With speedy withdrawals and 24hrs customer support. A great platform and easy to navigate website. I give it a thunmbs up...

some guys here quoted(benoori,ashley,hussain and ee)is absolutly wrong.. they donot have any licence from DFSA?(check with regulators)and these people very soon will be vanished from dubai..(and these theives working inside DIFC building without any licence except cheating others)..this business no one can make money except company owners and marketing people.. incase someone make money definitly they will put them strict vigilance..remember remember

I don't understand why people always blame the broker when they loose the money they choose to invest. I personally lost money with 3 different brokers so far in my trading. These guys are not trading for me … I do all the trading on my own … so why would I blame them?

I am trading with HYMarkets for the last 7 months. I have positions that made money and positions that lost money. The market is very unpredictable these days … this crisis is affecting everything. This is not the brokers fault.

Companies like HY, that have been established for 30 years and are regulated by FSA and DFSA are actually the only ones anyone should feel comfortable trading with at these times.

This is an excellent broker, their customer service is great, they offer all types of tools and trading with them is a pleasure … even at those times when I loose money.

i lost about 20000usd in two months on platform of hymarkets may be it is my problem but there is some thing wrong

Very easy to use, started my account for like $50 USD anyways it was very quick and the customer service was very nice when i needed some help. they let me use 2 trading platforums to trade forex, oil, stock and more. its great now i dont need to be using 3 different companies to trade with this is the all in one. Anyways I got free money to trade with just for having my friend sign up. can you imagin i was very surprised, not very often u find a good and respectiable broker to deal with.

I was suprised to read other users comments about this broker. They are regulated by the FSA and the DFSA here in Dubai. I traded with them and they have sent me my money on time both times that I did a withdrawal.
The only reason why a payment might be delayed is if you did not submit all your proper documents with them. In that case ... they are forced by the regulators to hold your payment untill you supply all docs.
Thats common practise with ALL regulater brokers.

Anyway ... their service is great and they offer all capital markets ... not just FOREX.
For me that makes HYmarkets.com one of the best platforms in the market.

I am still trying to get money back from this broker. I have contacted them many times and still no help. It was only 2,000 but I just want to warn all of you to be very careful with this broker. I don't even know how they still are in business!

They take money but don't return. Customer service is useless. Use this broker if you want to be robbed. Sorry but I have now a very bad experience with this company in forex trading.

Recognized group..been for over 30 years..regulated by the FSA of U.K. Nice trading conditions with spreads of 3 on majors and 7 on crosses. Offers fx, energies, metals, indices, commodities, and stocks. Important of all, good withdrwal conditions :) thats all i want
