INVESTTECH TIMELINE AND EVENTS: Account #9752
I first bought Fapturbo on 01/19/09. Fapturbo is an automated trading robot that trades Forex pairs, according to proprietary settings. Also known as an “EA” (Expert Advisor), Fapturbo works by going in and out of trades automatically, which means one has to have a computer on all the time or hire a service to do this for you, such as VPS (Virtual Private Server). I kept a computer on 24/5, thus allowing Fapturbo to trade.
My first broker was a bit slow in executing trades and had larger margins than Fapturbo needed. One of the tech’s at Fapturbo suggested Investtechfx.com (ITFX) because they had smaller spreads and five-figure pips. This allowed Fapturbo to “scalp” more trades with less spreads, thus increasing the odds of profit/trade.
I contacted Investtech in May, 2009, and sent them a total of six deposits, in the following amounts, on the following dates:

05/29/09 $3,000 via wire transfer from Pacific Western Bank
08/15/09 $1,400 via PayPal
08/20/09 $3,000 via wire transfer from Pacific Western Bank
06/18/10 $4,000 via Pacific Western Bank
01/08/10 $10,000 via wire transfer from Scottrade (Stock Broker)
08/18/10 $3,000 via wire transfer from Pacific Western Bank

Thus, the total deposits were $24.400. (I am looking for another possible deposit of $???, for which I cannot find the paperwork. Investtech indicated my total deposits were over 25K.)
To Investtech’s credit, for some of the deposits, they credited my account 10% as a deposit bonus. They did not do this for every deposit and I do not have a personal record of how much they gave me, only that it occurred sometimes and not for more than ten percent (See below for a listing of these bonuses based on data sent by Investtech). I used these bonuses to trade, generating Investtech commissions on thousands of trades over 14 months. (I saw in one of the data sheets that I had generated over 52K in commissions for Investtech.)
I downloaded the trading platform, MT4, which Investtech provided and then installed Fapturbo successfully. Thus began my trading experience in May 2009 with Investtech.
Complaint #1: Investechfx.com recruited me as a new USA trader when they were not registed with CFTC or NFA.
Investtech was very enthusiastic about me opening a trading account with them. As mentioned above, they offered bonus incentives and fully supported the use of EA’s. In my case, Investtech claimed to have “…hundreds of clients all over the world who successfully use Fapturbo.” Investtech was also helpful in providing tech support, initially, but over the next fourteen months, provided less and less. Ultimately, they were very hard to reach and did not return email inquiries, sometimes for weeks. Many times I had technical difficulties with the software and called for help. Instead of talking with tech support, I usually reached their receptionist, whose sole technical knowledge seemed to be reflected in the regularly repeated statements, “Turn off your computer and re-boot.” After some time, I usually did receive emails from investtech with instructions, mostly that my account had been reset and that I should try the software again. That usually solved my problems.
My account grew, all the way up to over $42,000 (equity), then shrank, all the way down to about $19,000 (equity), then grew again back up to $37,200+ (equity). This occurred over eight or more months. This $37,200+ was my “equity;” that is, after closing all trades, even those that were losing money, I would have as a remaining balance, $37,200+ in my account. If my existing trades resolved in my favor, my equity would have been considerably higher. This was my understanding of how the software presented my financial data from the beginning, which was confirmed numerous times by Investtech staff via telephone. I traded about 10-to-15+ trades per day with the robot, on average, and another 5-10 per day on my own, using chart analysis. Almost all of the robot trades closed the same day as they were initiated. The equity value of my account produced many financial “ups and downs” over many months. However, in any given week the market did not move enough for any major loss, especially since my positions were not large, nor numerous at the end of any given day. In any given week, my balance would be up or down by only about $1,200. Any significant move, as noted above, would be over months and months, as has been the case through my present dispute.
Complaint #2: Investtech would not send me any proceeds out of my account.
Around June 2011, I called Investtech and requested that they send me $5,000 from my account to cover family medical expenses. At the time my equity balance was about six times that amount. They did not return my call for about two weeks. I emailed the request, but got a telephone call back from a gentleman with a heavy accent, stating I could not withdraw money. (I have reviewed my notes and cannot find his name, but from memory, I believe his name is “Alan.”) He stated I had been put in “The VIP Club” and that I could not withdraw money for one year from when I had achieved a balance of $25,000 or more. He stated I could withdraw money in August 2011. I had never heard of this, a broker not allowing an investor to withdraw his own money. This investtech representative stated that these terms were on the website. I never found this on the website. He told me to just “keep trading.” I felt as if my account had been hijacked, but since I could not get any money out and I was profiting, I continued trading.

Complaint #3: Investtech sent me faulty upgrades that disabled the trading software for both manual and robot trades. Investtech was unable to resolve the technical issues created by these upgrades.

In May-June of 2011, Investtech began sending “upgrades” to the MT4 platform. The first one installed well and influenced nothing; that is, my charts and settings remained intact and Fapturbo continued to trade automatically. The second upgrade wiped out my charts and settings, although Fapturbo still worked after I re-installed all charts and settings. The third upgrade disabled MT4. I could not get it to “hold” my settings and Fapturbo became erratic, trading only a little, albeit successfully when it did trade.

Complaint #4: Investtech would not close trades over the telephone when asked, despite having done so many times historically.
Complaint #5: Investtech provided no technical support after hours, despite saying at the time of account opening that such exists 24/5.
Complaint #6: Investtech failed to close my account in a timely manner.

On September 8th, 2011, San Diego, California, as well as most of Arizona, parts of New Mexico and upper west Baja California, Mexico experienced a massive power outage that lasted about ten hours. This caused my computer and Fapturbo to stop. When I got home from work, I called Investtech to check my positions, fearing Fapturbo had opened positions, then became disabled and unable to close positions when needed. I called at 8:00 p.m. PST (11:00 p.m. Toronto time), and spoke to Kevin Chan, who checked my account, and said there was no new open positions created by Fapturbo. He confirmed my equity balance at that moment as $37, 233. I told him MT4 no longer worked and to close all my positions to protect that amount. Kevin informed me he had no authority to do so, and that there was no one on duty who could as it was ”after hours.” I was amazed that there was no one on duty for emergencies as the Forex market is open 24/5. (When I first opened my account with Investtech in May 2009, I was told there were technical staff on duty 24/5. This was part of Investtech’s sales pitch.) But since I was in no danger of losing, I did nothing, except discontinue all present and future trading. At this time, I had about seven-to-ten remaining open trades for a negative balance (AKA Floating P/L) of about 7K-8K. This, plus the 35+K equaled the overall balance of about 43K.

Complaint #7: Investtech shut down their website before addressing my issues.

I was dismayed at the poor tech support, especially because MT4 was no longer reliable, so on 09/15/2011, I contacted Investtech again, this time via email, requesting them to close all my positions and further, to close my account. I expected my balance to be no less than $35,000 due to normal market fluctuations over about a week (43K minus 8K in open negative trades equals 35K in equity). I received an email from Investtech on 09/15/2011, one-half hour later, stating my account had been reset. They sent me a temporary password (fx847). (At least they acknowledged the MT4 software no longer worked until “fixed.”) Following their instructions, I logged in, but was not able to get MT4 to work. It appeared to be dead. I reasoned that it was too corrupted, as software can become from time to time, in this case engendered by sequential upgrades from Investtechfx. I had not traded since the morning of September 8th, so I uninstalled MT4, and then went to Investtech’s website to download a fresh copy, thinking I could take up trading again with a workable copy and a new PW (password). Investtech’s website had a banner right in the middle of the opening page, stating they no longer worked with US customers. None of the buttons I normally use to download MT4 worked. I was locked out.
On September 16th, 2011, I sent another email requesting Investtech close my account, not reset it.
On September 20th, I received an email from Investtech stating that “part of the requirement for the account closure is to close all the open positions so that we can forward the request to the clearing depart to be finalized. Unfortunately we are unable to close the positions for customers under any circumstances.” This has not been my experience with Investtech for 14 months. They have closed many individual positions, especially when MT4 misbehaved. For example, between the dates of 07/19/2010 and 08/27/2010 Investtech has manually closed twenty-three trades at my telephone request because the software would not.
On September 21, 2011, I sent another email to Investtech, informing them I was unable to close my positions (because the software was defunct and I could not download it from Investtech’s website). I had also called Investtech and talked to the receptionist the day before. (I was having unrelated computer difficulties and had only email for a short time.) The receptionist stated Investtech would close all the positions in my account, but would not send me money via PayPal (that being the cheapest way to avoid wire transfer fees) because the balance was too large. She stated the balance was over $35,000 (equity). So, in my email, I provided information to transfer the entire balance to my credit union.

Complaint #8: Investtech took back trading incentives which were given to encourage deposits and trades.

Later in the day, on September 21rst, 2011, I received an email from Investtech stating they had closed all my open positions, and “adjusted the bonus in the amount of $1000 from your account which was provided to you for trading purpose only.” The last deposit I made to Investtech was over a year earlier, and they just “now” thought to take back the bonus, that also made them thousands of dollars in commissions? (I saw in one of the data summaries I’ve managed to put together on my own, using their data, that I have generated over 52K in commissions for Investtechfx.) There was never any mention in all my contacts with Investtech that these trading bonuses would be revoked, once given, and used to benefit both of us. In this same email, Investtech again requested my wire transfer information, which I provided . (I commented they had no integrity, referring to recouping the trading bonus given earlier.)
On September 22nd, 2011, I received an email from Investtech stating, “We have forwarded the full balance to the bank account under your name, and your account has been closed.”
Anticipating a need for records for 2011 tax purposes, on September 23rd, 2011, I sent an email to Investtech requesting information on my account’s history. In 2010, I downloaded this from the website and showed a profit of about $10,000 for 2010. I paid taxes on that amount to our IRS, and I expected similar gains for 2011. Investtech did not respond, and I had, up until this point, been unable to access any records of transactions.

Complaint#9: Investtech kept $28,776.88.

Meanwhile, funds were transferred to my credit union, via wire. The transferred amount was $8,456.12. I immediately sent an email to Investtech stating that “$8,800” had been sent (typo…should have been $8,400) and inquired if maybe they had sent money from the wrong account, also to send the rest. (On 09/08/2011, Kevin Chan indicated the account had #37,233 in equity. That minus $8456.12 equals $28,776.88.) Later that day, I sent another email re-iterating their mistake and asking them to check the bank routing numbers, and to send me records for tax, and now accounting purposes.
Also on September 23rd, 2011, I sent a general inquiry email to osc.gov.on.ca, asking if this agency regulates Investtech, also informing them “I think I’ve been had, big time and am exploring my options.”
On September 24th, 2011, I sent another email to Investtech, again re-iterating the account closure, the incorrect transferred amount, and request for information on how to set up MT4 to get tax information. I also asked Investtech who was their regulatory agency.
On September 25th, 2011, I received an email from Investtech, stating “Your inquiries have been forwarded, one of our account managers will be in touch with you by tomorrow. Thank You!”
On September 26th,2011, I received a detailed email from Lisa Marie Simard, Bilingual Lead Inquiries Officer, Ontario Securities Commission, who I later called and got more information on how to pursue Investtech. She also stated a case will be opened (Case#20110926-8863); further, that the matter was also copied to the Enforcement Branch of OSC.
Also on September 26th, 2011, I received an email from Investtech stating they had been trying to reach me by telephone at my two telephone numbers, “with no success.” My two telephone numbers (one work, one cell) both have voice mails attached to them. There is no history of malfunction and there was no voice or other messages on either of them from Investtech.
On September 27th, 2011, I received another email from Investtech stating “…we’ve been trying to communicate with you for nearly 4 days. we’ve (sic) called the following numbers (both of which were correct).” Again, there were no messages on either of my voice mail services. In this email, Investtech also stated, “We’ve had no reply to prior e-mails or phone messages. We are her (sic) to assit (sic) you regarding your concerns and issues with your account.” As documented above, there were many, many replies via email… Investtech did provide a toll free “800” number to call to directly talk to an account manager. On 09/27/2011, I finally reached “Jacob,” who emphatically stated a full accounting would be provided, but that it would take 30 days to settle this matter.
The first and second weeks of October 2011 were uneventful, except that Jacob at Investtech did return many telephone calls, allegedly trying to cooperate with resolving my issue. He did send an email-attached PDF file of approximately 188 pages (according to him) and that I should “look it over.” The PDF file would not open. It corrupted my email program (Outlook). I am able to open all other PDF files but this one gave me an error message that the data were corrupted. I sent an email to Jacob at Investtech requesting a re-send of an uncorrupted PDF file. Jacob also sent me a link to download a demo version of Investtech’s MT4 software, to access my data in CSV format (for Excel analysis). I installed the demo software successfully, but my username (UN) and password (PW) did not work. I sent Jacob a request for my UN and PW. Jacob also requested I remove my complaint about Investtech on 100ForexBrokers.com, which I posted on 10/02/2011.
On October 15, 2011, I sent an email requesting that my complaint on 100ForexBrokers.com be removed as Investtech was communicating with me about resolving my issues with them, but that I would post it again with further information should I not receive a full refund from Investtech. I also noted that there were several other complaints on this website, most about Investtech not refunding their money.
Jacob also re-sent the data in another PDF file, which did open. However, when converted to xml file format, Excel displayed it in parts, which I will analyze when I more fully learn how to use Excel. (See attached for results of data analysis done by hand.)
Yesterday, I had an email and telephone conversation with Officer Furat Dinkha with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) about this case. He asked that I send him this narrative and the data Investtech sent me. I am complying today, 10/15/2011. I am sending him the email with the corrupted PDF file, and will upon his request, send him any and all email from Investtech.
Jacob at Investech sent me a successful link to the MT4 software, Demo version about one week later. I accessed this Demo, but there were no data in the Demo software. I did not see anything about entering my UN and PW into the Live Account side, but sooner or later I tried this, just because nothing else worked. This did open my data, which I intended to use to create reports and investigate this issue. In fairness, Jacob’s email did say to convert the Demo into a Live account, which I missed, initially.

Complaint#10: Data in MT4 cannot be tabulated or manipulated to analyze. The data appear to be incomplete.

On October 29th, 2011, I began looking at the Demo/Live data, intending to download it into a file for printing and/or use in Excel. In this version of the data, using the MT4 software, there was no option to do either (sort, print, etc.) Moreover, the data appeared to be incomplete; that is, lacked a listing of all the trades from the beginning of my trading with Investtech in May 2009. Further, my intent was to begin with a snapshot on September 8, 2011, and then to look at each closed trade from that date forward. I only had seven-to-ten open trades at that time (average is about eight on a daily basis), with an equity of $35K-to-$37K+ and a balance of $43K+ ($43K minus the Floating P/L of approximately $8K). It should have been an easy matter to follow any trades from September 8th when I stopped trading, and any dates thereafter, specifically from September 15th (second request to close my account), or even through September 21rst, that being the date Investtech acknowledged closing my positions. But all this was not possible with the data in the Demo/Live version of MT4. The software did not allow any manipulation of the data, so I could not complete my analysis using their software.
As stated, Jacob re-sent the data via another PDF file October 16th, but due to family illness, I was not able to look at it until October 29th. He has several times in telephone conversations the last two weeks emphasized that we only have a limited amount of time to make a claim about problem trades with the “insurance company.” While a real insurance company may or may not exist, my concern is with what Investtech has done to lower my equity balance by 28K+.
So, on October 29th, 2011, I first looked at the Demo/Live data and compared the number of trades listed in the year 2010, with a file I already had. This was in the form of a printout I created for 2010 taxes. I had to count the number of trades in my file and compare that to the number of trades in the Demo/Live software. I did this by hand. I think the number of trades is about equal. I counted 2300 in my file and about 2250 in the Demo/Live data. The difference of 50 files may be due to tired eyes, but just to be safe, when all is complete, I’d like to employ a more sophisticated software to compare the trades, one by one, to make sure none were added or omitted. I don’t have such software at my disposal, but judging from my findings from the year 2011, I think it is a good idea to be thorough (see below).
Also, I noted that my total deposits to Investtech were $25,400. Investtech gave me credits for wire transfer fee refunds and deposit bonuses, totaling $1,940, for a trading total credit of $27,340 ($25,400 + $1,940). I could only account for $24,400 in deposits and $1,000 in bonuses, so Investtech gave me a little extra somewhere along the way.

Complaint#11: Investtech added, and then closed over fifteen additional trades that I did not make, thus attempting to make the data support their withholding at case closing.

Next, I looked at the Demo/Live data for 2011. Recall that I stopped trading with the MT4 software after placing two manual trades on September 8th, 2011. I asked Investtech to close all open trades as of that date. I had about eight open trades and $35-to-$37+K in equity, even after all open trades were to be closed. Investtech closed all open trades in my account on September 21rst and should have had to close only about eight ( between seven and ten--min and max range of trades open at the end of each trading day, on average). When I looked over the Demo/Live data, I found that Investtech had closed twenty-six trades. Investtech closed at least fifteen and probably up to more like eighteen trades trades that did not exist on my end; trades that apparently were artificially created and then closed by Investtech. All twenty-six trades closed at a loss-- a total loss of. (That’s all I could find, sorting all the trades by hand.) I estimated the loss of my legitimate eight trades to be about $7K-$8K, so the difference of what I thought were my open (losing) trades and what Investtech closed is about $27K—pretty close to the amount my account is short.
Further analysis revealed some interesting findings. The twenty-six bogus trades dated from 04/12/2011 through 09/12/2011. Seven of the trades, dating from 09/09/2011 through 09/12/2011 occurred when my software was disabled, and the computer was off. In other words, there could not have been any trades during this time.
Another interesting finding: there were fourteen trades that were supposedly initiated before 09/08/2011. Of these, all but two were for .30 pips. Two trades on or after 09/08/2011 were also for .30 pips. I happen to know this number because there are several expert advisors on the web that sell their advice about what currency pairs to trade and what to avoid. Additionally, .30 pips is the cutoff point, according to one source, where risk and rewards cross. It is also the cross over point psychologically, representing my confidence in the likelihood of a trade being profitable. During 2011, I made hundreds of trades ranging from .01 pips to 10.0 pips (the latter, and one other trade at 5.00 pips, were accidents from hitting the wrong keys). From 04/29/01 through 06/01/10, I experimented with numerous pip values, and traded eighteen times at the .30 pip level. After that time I traded, using .30 pips as my trade value, very few times, following the advice of the experts. Instead, I traded much lower values when manually trading (.01 through .25 pips) and much higher values when allowing the robot to trade (.50 through mostly 3.00 pips). In other words, most if not all of the .30 pip trades were not mine.
October 29th, 2011. I’m learning Excel and will use it to add the various columns of data in the PDF file sent by Jacob. I suspect the totals will be correct, but I’d like to learn Excel anyway. This and the above experiences with Investtech are good enough reasons to learn the program.
October 30th, 2011. Attached is a separate WORD file with the twenty-six suspect transactions resulting in the $27+K loss. This was also sent to Investtech, this same date. Also attached is the newer PDF file sent by Jacob at Investtech with my trading data. This file appears to be intact.
November 1, 2011. Received an email from Jacob at Investtech stating the file sent on October 30th, 2011, containing the 26 transactions had been received and that it would be investigated.

Complaint#12: Investtechfx failed to provide critical information, specifically the contact information of the insurance company they allegedly employ to check on trades.

November 12, 2011. Sent Investtech/Jacob an email stating I have heard nothing back from them, despite having sent the email about the 26 transactions two weeks ago. In this email, I have also requested the name and contact information of the insurance company Jacob referenced; the one that allegedly will investigate erroneous trades. I wish to further investigate this company and its relationship with Investtech.
November 18, 2011. Received two emails from Jacob at Investtechfx, one stating that the twenty-six trades were investigated and confirmed that they were made from my computer. The other email requested I remove negative reviews on an Internet site.
November 19, 2011. I sent the following email in response, thus closing out my communication with Investtechfx, until the above is filed with the appropriate legal, criminal, governmental and other agencies concerned.
“Jacob, I see no reason to continue communication. This data log you sent contains many trades that were made when my computer was off, as documented elsewhere. One trade in the first group of trades was made on a Saturday (08/06/2011. No trades can be made in a closed market.). You do seem to have considerable temerity.
The IP address in your data log that is associated with the trades, according to my ISP, is not mine. (Your associated IP address for my account number is 70.181.153.149. In real life, my IP's begin with either 68. 6... or 192.... depending upon whether the router or the ISP assigns them.).???
My biggest complaint against Investtechfx.com is that you failed to close my account on Sept. 8th, 2011 when I called and talked to Kevin Chan, when he stated my equity (actual cash available in my account) was $35K+. I am also quite dismayed that you think that closing Floating P/L trades alters the equity. Equity is the number that reflects the actual balance (cash), taking into account all open trades, profitable or not. Closing open trades lowers the Balance, which becomes the same as the equity when all open trades are closed. This has been the case with MT4 since day one of my trading. Only once in my 14 months trading with Investtech did my Equity dip to $19K+, and that bounced back to $25K within a month, as the equity does not fluctuate that much when trades are closed daily (with the robot) or are minimal in number (as when I manually traded).
You have consistently manipulated, maneuvered and avoided sending requested money, using bogus reasons ("VIP member"), and now apparent fraud. I have never in my life experienced such knavery. You will be hearing from "other" parties about our experiences.

No need to comment. I think we are finished with this part of our interaction.”

I invested with Loyal Forex back in November of 2009. They were clever at making promises of bonus deposits and stated they would process withdrawals quickly. They represented another scam company - Prime 4X. When I attempted to process a withdrawal, all I received were excuses and told to be patient. We are a scamming company. We use to scam the traders who make good profit. You can open real account and deposit any volume of fund. But you cannot withdraw. Thats is our service terms. I to was victim of this scam company ,in August i open an account with them XFOREX 2 hours later i had this guy calling me asking how much i would like to deposit ,i said 100 pounds would be fine ,he said that would not be good enough ,i asked why and he replay was this guy from ik had put 10,000 usd and now had 30.000 usd profit he made on gold at that point i sai no way i would go for that ammount ,.he then said at least 1000,pounds i said no 100 pouns fine i took it but promess to came back on Monday to get the rest .
He kept is promess and called me on Monday and asked if i had looked at the videos i said no without even asked he went ahead ant took the rest of the money i said i dont have any idea how it works and dont want to loose the money he said we dont talk about loosing you will have someone helping training you and you go for gold ,that is were the money is .

Two days after a lady called and said im your account manager ,im going to help you ,do this do that choose a nunber that is it made 20 usd and at no time did she mention demo account she wenr strait for the cash ,.
After that i started using it ,and my 50 usd stop losses were taken soon and fast lost on 2 days 300 usd fast stated hghier a bit recover the money ,then comes their tips and went the wrong way around i was loosing money started to back up the account and their system failed and i lost all the positions i had all the money went and never seen those promessed bonus by the crook ,no more money the account closed .
The day after the account manager called me and when i tould her what happens she went and comeback and asked for my card to put more money in as the had a failing sysem that was the reason i could not put the money in she wanted to deposit manual to get ny bonus she put in a 1000 usd and still i saw no bonus at all .
Then i tryed to recover the money and lost more , the i went into gold and made 500 usd ,tried again and the did not close my positions till 3/4 minuts and reverse the gains into losses ,and that went on all the time i could never close the positions it would not allow me grabed what they could from me .

After loosing another 400 usd she then gave me the bonus ,but after that any position i opened could not be closed at all after that time .
A got realy upset i tould her that the platform was disigned to rob the investers of thei money ,she tould me to stop using it and wanted to give me meta4 platform ,but b then i had no money and all the problems starting appearing the first account was opened with documents i had sended ok ,but for this it was,t good enough ,.
I have sent emails to the company and received no reply from them i also contacted the FSA who wrote to them but so far no reply i will wait but i will not let go of my 4000 usd losses thanks to them ,their tips most times went the other way and she tould me to stop using them how do this peoples send you tips buy this sell that then say stop using it ?
Be aware they are really bad real scam ,i im in a financial position that never been before because of that guy that was,t happy with 100 pounds his false promesses of bonus is just scam to grab money ,guys out there if anybod calls you from XFOREX dont fall for it beawre .

I feel that MB Trading does a solid job in terms of execution, pricing and customer support. They're the best that I've used over the years.

RFXT is one of the best financial brokerage firms I ever deal with them, STP execution, No-dealing desk, tight spreads.

I had a trade set on there system, just before the news broke my trade ( which would have been a winning one ) was cancelled. I called and asked why the trade was cancelled and they said I must have cancelled it. Not impressed!!!! I will be taking my profitable trading to a reputable company if I can find one. It seems none of these brokers like successful traders.

Platform, execution and service are all excellent. Sounds like the bad comments are from people who can’t handle their losses. You can’t win every time, if you can’t understand that then you need to try something else.

Stay Away. These guys stay in business by charging fees. Don't go on vacation or take any time off. They love dipping into your account and taking inactivity fees. Go with a good broker who makes money only on your spreads and is happy with that. The platform is not the best and takes forever to load. It crashes and eats a lot of band width. If you dare give these guys any money, put a chain on your wallet cause they are constantly want to dip into it with fees. Customer service was great till they got my money thennnnn. Oh you can only have a few indicators, but if you want more then ten, there is a charge. Big attitude change. If you really want to have pain, just hit yourself in the hand with a hammer. At least you don't have to pay a fee for it!!

I was a victim of fraud committed by one of the Forex Companies called XForex which I think it is located in the BVI (www.xforex.com) as I lost my Capital $12,000. This company is attracting clients in by exaggerating the amount of profits they will gain through investing and trading with them. When the client deposits money in their account then they play dirty tricks to cause losses deliberately through many ways in order to steal the deposited money.

Detailed Story:

1- First of all, Xforex Staff rushed me to register and open an account with them without considering the importance of reading and understanding the terms & conditions. They also lied about offering the demo account and about providing the professional expert who should guide me step by step and the evaluation prior to using the live account.

I visited Xforex web site as advised by my relative who traded with them and lost his money later on too because of some similar reasons. In the beginning, I placed my basic information at their website and then I was forwarded to the webpage where it has the terms and conditions and the advice to read it but I closed the webpage without surfing further because I was not fully convinced of this service. After one day I received a call from one of Xforex marketing team called Omar Abu Ataa. When I told him I am hesitated and afraid of losing my capital, he said it is a very profitable business and you shouldn't worry as we have all capabilities to make you a successful trader and he promised me to be given a special training and education using a Demo Account, the help of professional experts staff and evaluation prior to using the live account and he was pushing to convince me to complete my registration with them. As a result, he passed me through the activation process without showing or taking into consideration that the terms and conditions must be read and fully understood by the client. During the activation process I told him I can only trade with $5000 capital but he said try to make additional deposits now to take benefit from the 35% bonus and then you can withdraw it immediately, but don't tell to anyone that I gave you this advice!!!. Finally, I decided to deposit an initial capital of $10000. Then I received a call from the Account Manager Ms. Nisreen Abo Ahmd and she asked me to log in to my account. However, she made me do some trades through her advices and when I asked her "Is this a demo account we are working in or real?" she neglected the importance of this issue and said don't worry and when I repeated the question later on again she said it's live and no need for a demo account now. So, I was exposed to live trading immediately where I bore lots of loses.

2. The Account Manager gave many false and illegal trading advices which caused a major loss in addition to neglecting the need of using stop losses strategy by her.

Another major thing to complain about is the style of trading instructions, and advices I was receiving through the frequent daily calls of my Account Manager. I was requested by her to place mostly high value orders in rush basis with no understanding of the risky cases and their consequences. I believe that there should be only training by their staff in addition to analytical recommendations with warnings that it is my responsibility but not trading advices and that the losses I had as a result of their advices should be their responsibility not mines. However, although most of the trading advices were by telephone buy I have a proof by E-mail. I also sent a complain to her in this regard to take into consideration the type of advices she is asking me to follow.

On the other hand, not using Stop Losses strategy is a big mistake. The Account Manager was always neglecting the need of using Stop Losses Strategies although I requested this many times by telephone and through a previous complain I sent by E-Mail. 3. Postponing and delaying withdrawals deliberately and pushing the client to change his decisions.

When I started to realize that this market is not suitable for me which happened after I bore $4000 losses, I decided to withdraw all my balance and on 9/06/2011, I made a withdrawal request of $10000. At that time my Account Manager called me trying to change my mind in order cancel the withdrawal request and I confirmed to her that I am sure of that as I found out that this market is not suitable for me. However, their staff postponed my withdrawal request and she called me again to insist in cancelling the withdrawal. I believe that this is an illegal practice from them. Do you think that they have the right to postpone this withdrawal in a way that they push their client to change his mind? Is this legal and can they justify their staff actions to be within the terms and conditions!!!. As a proof I can provide the withdrawals records and to see that my withdrawal of $10000 was rejected and another one was placed alternatively with an amount of $5000 because of the interference and violations of XFOREX.

4. Late Withdrawals procedures by Xforex leading to tragic consequences.

Late Withdrawals caused me further troubles by Xforex. I couldn't fix my margins by depositing additional amounts because of late withdrawals as I ran out of money. I had two withdrawals that were received so late in spite of many follow-ups. One of them was requested on 2/06/2011 and received only on 1/07/2011 approximately one month delay. The other one was requested on 11/06/2011 and received only on 22/06/2011. However, I ran out of margin on 20/06/2011 and absolutely if I was given my withdrawals on time; then I could keep my margin by making an additional deposit.

5- Bad support services and wrong recommendations.
* Details Of This Point:
- As a continuation to the previous point and when I couldn't fix my margin through deposits, I requested the urgent help of Xforex Support Team through the Live Chat and they told me your only solution to fix your margin is by depositing more money which I couldn't afford. I then thought of the case and I came with a conclusion that there was another solution that was missed up by their support team. I was having many EUR/USD and USD/EUR open positions and I could have fixed my margin simply by selling some here and there till I reach to an equivalent point. However, this was not advised by their support team.
- No low margins notices received although my account was classified as VIP and therefore, I believe I should be subjected to this advantage either by mobile or E-mail.
- My account was classified as VIP as my deposits reached to more than $10,000 but I was not awarded the services of the VIPs because I came to know that I should have been using another downloadable application with more benefits such as discounts in the spreads. I also came to know that my Account Manager has the experience for managing small accounts not VIPs.

I started with Millennium Penata Futures 2 months ago, they have a local office in the Philippines called Millennium Glory International and hold office in Tektite Ortigas. My overall experience with them is somewhere in between becoming a satisfied customer to becoming an unsatisfied customer. Since I joined, I have encounter several server connection outages and just recently on 07/29/2011 and 08/02/2011 . It would make sense if they have a back up server to connect to or a redundant connection to anticipate server downtime. Its unfortunate that a big company under the MDI Group would not take this issue seriously.

This will be a review on their affiliate office in the Philippines "Millennium Glory International", their office space is adequate but not enough to impress big time investors. You could consider the introducing brokers like sharks, they'll blind with good results but will not explain to you how they manage the losses. In my experience, it was explained to me that you can open an mini account ($1000) to a regular account ($5000), but would insist you to open an account for $10,000. As they say, they could manage your account comfortably. They say that its very hard to trade with only $1000 or $5000 in your account, but in my opinion if you are a good trader account size is disregard-able.

This will just be a short review for now as I am currently with them. I'm close to leaving them and going to a different broker. I have lost more than 40% of my equity and they have told me that they can recover it without adding more capital, lets just see.

In addition to the mentioned above, one person contacted me through facebook and I knew from him that Xforex made false advertisement of me as a big winner without my knowledge and further acceptance.

I am a private trader working with different brokers for more than 5 years, with professional experience in trading for a couple of big investment banks and a hedge fund. Dukascopy SA has problems now with their system. Worked on a live account for several months, then was out for vacations. On return found orders that were successfuly cancelled weeks ago, some were positive, but the majority negative. They have put these phantom 'stealth' orders in their database or it was an internal error. Have all proofs that was flat before leaving and could not trade. Saw another review with a guy who had old orders appearing like that in the system that even were not cancellable. The problem is that I had a loss and they didn't gave money back for their faults. Be cautios until they blow up your account, as all these trades are OTC, so difficult to dispute, they will show you an extract from their Database with a table where your IP address figures and trades that were cancelled weren't. It would be impossible to prove you are wrong. One way to keep it ok, ask each day by chat that you are flat.

Have traded with this broker for over a year. The meta systems have greatly improved , spreads are tight, fast deposits and withdrawals.

I trade with them more then one year. I lost more than 50% of money because sometimes didnt work connection more than two weeks. Servers fell down very offen also during day. Before one month i decided to get out all my money and still waiting for payment. Every day im opening new ticket on the support without action. Do not recommend them at all. I know a lot of people from boersenpower club or foxforex and they have same experience.

I had many problems with this broker as I lost $12000 in three weeks!!!. Brief Of these problems as follows:
1- In the beginning I was rushed in to open an account with Xforex by the telephone call I received from their marketing team and they didn't ask me to read and accept the directions and terms of using this product and service. As a result of this, I was not aware of this risky market and the terms of using it.

2- As a new investor they were offering i.e one week training using a Virtual Account and some training where I should have learnt about the risky market. Unfortunately I didn't get all of this and I was exposed to live trading immediately where I bore lots of loses and loses.

However, their staff postponed my withdrawal request for almost three days and they called me again to insist in cancelling the withdrawal. Do you think that they have the right to postpone this withdrawal in a way that they push the client to change his mind. Is this legal too and can they justify their staff actions to be within the terms and conditions!!!. As a proof you can go back to the withdrawals records and find yourself that my withdrawal of $10000 was rejected and another one was placed alternatively with an amount of $5000 because of the interference and violations of their staff

If u trade during Mon to Fri GMT or EST office hours is fine. If however, u leave ur trades over the weekend, and ur stop loss is like 20-30 pips away, U will definitely be hunted by them. Got evidence of this, if u r interested. This price spike is only on their charts, n u can't see the same spikes on other price provider (At least not for IG, FXDD n FXCM).

Also their platform is slow to response, altho the charting is good. Customer service is prompt but not useful. They have a dealing desk which take up trades against u n they frequently give u lousy prices if u do market price w them. If u want to trade w them, here is my advise, don't. They r better n more reliable brokers out there.

I will never do a deal with bforex. They're scammers. I deposited $5000 and recently had a few deals with a positive pnl. Now when I tried to withdraw my+earned money back, they deny. Do you know if there is any internation authority to complain and to close this company? Do the work under some regulation(s)?

I have an excellent time trading with invest tech fx. I make good money and good trades. But Invest Tech FX is a FOREX wholesaler for active traders who commit to long term account trading, that is why I make bonus and get small spreads. I upgrade to VIP account and commit for 1 year of trading. Later when after I profit more in 8 months I withdraw, but again is for serious long term power FOREX traders.

This was the experience I had with them. It happened to me in a period of 2 weeks and I stopped trading with them and closed my account. Wish I would have seen this site before I opened my account. I traded only xau/usd. I noticed that if I was up 20% or more on the day that the platform would slow. I would hold my position for up to 2 hours. Then when I traded out of the position the platform would immediately move the direction I was in weather short or long. This happened to me at least 3 times in less than 2 weeks. The final straw was on 3/24/11. I bought short 20 at 10:47:19 am. The market was at or near its high for the day and I did not see it going much higher or if it did, not high enough to hurt me. For nearly 2 hours xau/usd would move up or down only 20 to 40 pips. I really did not feel it would go up but to take advantage of the small ups and downs I reversed my position at 12:33:18 buying long 50. When I executed the trade which sold my short 20 and put me into a long 30, the platform IMMEDIATELY dropped over 650 pips. WHEN I SAY IMMEDIATE, I MEAN THE VERY INSTANT I CLICKED ON EXECUTE. This wiped out my 20% gain for the day and put me at around a 25% loss for the day. IF this was the only time it had happened to me I would not be angry and would in fact think it was just bad timing on my part. But it was at least the third or maybe even forth time over the 2 weeks, that it had happened. This makes me believe they have put programed in their trading platform a trigger on accounts that are up by a certain percentage for a day which targets them to retard movement on them until they are in a position where Gain capital gains and that account losses. It then signals the data base to catch up and take their profit. Way too suspicious how it happens immediately when you change positions, and only on days you are up significantly on the day. I have been with PFG for almost 4 years now and I have not had any issues. There support has always been very kind and helpful to me. If I have a question they are able to answer it quickly without having to go through an automated prompt. Their fees are competitive and I have recommended them to a few friends who haven't had any issues with them either.

I am a very happy customer of MB Trading. None of the other brokers even compare to MBT when it comes to their spreads. Their commissions are low and straight-forward and their customer service is outstanding. At first, I was not sure that I would be able to learn how to use their MBT Desktop Pro platform so I gave customer support a call. The rep informed me that MB Trading offers a variety of free webinars throughout the week and he suggested that I take part in the one that teaches the MBT Desktop Pro platform. The best broker I have ever met. Its Navigator makes using pending orders so simple, that you'll never use a market order anymore. What's more, they even pay you a premium for a limit order, so that in general you can easily make your trades with zero commision.

I'm really shocked to see these bad reviews, XForex has been nothing but a blessing for me. I trade long, so the java platform does not really effect me and their support team can get a bit annoying but id rather them call me too often then not enough...

High spreads, lots of re-quotes, etc...looks like their just another IB for FXDD. There's a lot better options out there.

I was new to forex and was searching for a good broker to trade with. Forex Meta is a great company with excellent customer support. They told me up front how everything worked, even that they charged a higher spread on fixed spreads just because they offer additional products and services. I wasnt sure if it was going to be worth it at first, but now that I have been trading for a few months I am happy to pay a little extra for all the wonderful benefits I receive from my broker.

I have recommended forex meta to my friends and family and would recommend them to anybody who is looking to open an account, especially if you are new to the markets.

I have never personally traded with this company. However, one of my good friends used to work for this company. There are a professional business, and seem to be a very good company. He worked for them, and he still trades with them. He has recommened IBFX to me. I don't use them because they don't accept paypal, however. I'm pretty sure nothing fishy is going on here.

I e-mail them and say my money has not come back on to my credit card from which it came from . I gave them all my docs months ago and even did a test run with a withdrawl months back and they did it then so I trusted them and put more money in my trader account . After months of losing money no matter what I did,I started watching both Platforms together noticed a difference of pips from the one platform I wasn't trading on to the one I was trading on . anyway to make a long story short I figured I would take My losses and get out I have e-mailed them several times asking where my money is and have not gotten a response

Great broker. FXcast is honest, they have a stable platform with a very fast execution and a fantastic bonus system. I have got 10000 USD bonus for a deposit of 1000 USD. WOW.

Interbank FX is a very reputable broker. They are the only one that I know of that publishes execution rates. My eas execute extremely well via IBFX.

I've been using HY Markets for about six months. Things have generally been okay, but there are too many bugs in the system. The one bothering me at the moment is the difference in the March 2010 NASDAQ contract, which is listed at 2326, and the spot price, which 2762.

When similar situations have arisen, it has been pointless to bring them up, because I have to talk to four or five reps for someone to finally do something about it.

I will probably continue trading with them, but I am opening a new account elsewhere.

Thought I would post as I am seeing so many mixed reviews. I opened an account with LoyalForex.com in November 2010. I started with a Micro account (mix up I did not understand the spread differences) and eventually was upgraded to the Pro account with an additional deposit. I have been impressed with the platform and execution. I have had no issues with withdrawals or deposits. It is my impression that they are their own brokerage and not an IB anymore. I would recommend to give them a try. Just my 2 cents!

i have an account with this company and they charge me $50.00 just because i skip one month with out place a single trade they said when you dont trade for a month they charge you a feed of $50.00 us dollar this is a scam how can you charge $50.00 if you dont trade for one month stay way from them they else have some others fee that no other broker have if you want to test just dont trade for one month and you will see you account been debit some mone with out you even trading

These guys will trade against you, period. Stay away. While their spreads are fixed and somewhat stable, seems to me they will open a position against yours immediately, and you don't stand a chance. Do not throw your money away using these guys. It's even worst now that they went public. The pressure is on for them to keep scamming customers even more now. I see these guys as the Enron of the forex market. Wait and see.

Prime 4x is a total scam. I deposited money with them last year and traded actively for several months. I have requested a withdrawal dozens of times over the past 8+ months and still have not received my funds. They have lied time and time again. They have been promising to wire me my money since April 2010 but have failed to follow through on their promises. Their "chat" people promise to follow up, but do nothing. They have stolen my money. It doesn't matter how much money you make or how tight the pip spread if you can't pull out your profits.

I am suprised there is no company update here or anything. My research found that loyalforex is now a full private broker and they are in court trying to recover funds stolen from them by prime4x. They are a very good company today and very secure. I think the scam reviews should be deleted. I guess not only do clients get burned by bad brokers but also other companies. Loyal Forex has been a great broker for myself and other traders I know.

Easy-Forex-is an Israeli company with tricks and lack of support trading company. The current re-structuring of management that took place recently made the company even more unprofessional for easy trading. The key and experience people from marketing, sales and dealing room departments left the company this year. At the beginning I had a very good relationship and great services but our partnership start deteriorating once the major changes happen. I burn substantial amount of my money trading with them because i was not able to safe my position by depositing funds to my account to move my S/L further away from the market price and I had money in my Credit card but the management decided to put some type of restriction limit that caused me $20K. I have being with the company for 3 years, gave them all requested documents and everything they have requested. In order to remove my restriction I had to sign off on my transactions, which I did but the Market DOSENT WAIT!!!(this is just one of the problems they have) The current COO and some Business Unit managers are very far behind how to help traders to win and support during trading. All they do now is making trading Difficult and for sure NOT EASY!!! Moreover, they have closed many office worldwide and lost some of the licenses such as: NFA, FSA, and have some major court cases in Tel-Aviv for accepting cash from traders and promising a lot but were not able to deliver, so EASY-FOREX might be for SALE… They should change the name from Easy-Forex to Hard Forex...if u smart DO NOT trade with them!!!

They are not a scam - and they have nice features on their platform BUT they have some really BAD practices. 1 they close your account with no reason, and they are being banned from more and more countries, they are struggling to get their new system up also. their customer service is not that great - I'd hate to be in a trade and need to come out and have to be explaining for so long - also their CSRs are not very familiar with their paltform - Id say Stay away.

Horrbile , crap broker, With the new regulations they are limited to 50:1 leverage ! and they are nothing but a Introducing Broker for Alpari ! They refer you account to Alpari so they are nothing but a middle men and get a cut , Alpari marks up the spread by 0.5 when you go through BeamFX.


Their staff is also clueless on MT4 , I would suggest you stay away and not go through this company.

The compnay response suggests that it is violative of its rules and abuse of its system if somebody trades at the time of news release.

Being new to forex trading I would like to know how does it constitute system abuse and whether it is mentioned in client agreement that the client should not trade at the time of news release.

These companies place catchy advertisements and lure newcomers. The regulating authorities should make it mandatory for the forex companies to make it very clear to the customers as to what constitutes "system abuse or exploitation" before opening the account. These flimsy and vague clauses should not be hidden in fine print

The explanation given by Bforex below on Inderjit's trade makes me believe BFOREX is a scam. Most brokers publish an economic calendar which shows when some economic announcements will be made which can move the market. There are some traders that trade the news and it is a known trading strategy in forex trading. If BForex does not want news trading they should have made that known to traders when they sign up and not after the fact when a profit has been made.

I was working with metatrader 4 a couple years ago, with other Brokers, and the attention to the client was not good and when i start. i have a lot of doubts, to the way they manage my money, and the ways to send the money and get money. But with tradeviewforex i start with a mini account of 100 USD, and the way to send the money was really easy, and fill in the documents to start was not at all hard. A couple months later I opened the real account with them. I put more money and i am working with out problems. I liked tradeview because they really help me with the process, now i am testing a couple EA`s. I hope everything continue working for me.

I was scammed through this company. Specifically Matthew Censullo. I have read online posts about him and people he has scammed. He always seems to blame it on somebody else but its funny that all the clients seem to be going for him!!!

I find many of your personal remarks offensive, such comments are bordering on defamation of character. I am a person of high integrity and am a law abiding citizen.

Bforex began by making wild accusations of scalping and technical system errors to deny me access to my funds. I replied and successfully argued my case. Instead of replying to my post, Bforex have thought up new excuses.

Bforex’s reply totally contradicts what is stated on their website.

No exploitation or abuse of the trading system has taken place, no evidence has been provided to indicate otherwise. I would like to state yet again that I have not violated Bforex’s trading terms.

Please could we stop wasting each others time and put an end to these delaying tactics. Please could you return my profits in full.

I was very surprised to see so many negative reviews posted on this site and on others. I have been trading with Bforex for about 4 months now. I was put onto the platform after graduating from a Forex training school in Toronto. So far i have had good results using the platform. I am new to Forex trading, but i have no complaints about the platform to date. I have used both Profit and MT4 they offer. It took about 1 week to receive my first withdraw of profit after having traded on a trading credit i received. It was directly wired to my Bank account. i had to submit all the compliance documentation they requested before they would wire the funds, but i think this is standard on all platforms. I will re-post if my experience with them changes.

As a new trader I've found their trading platform easy to use. I was guided by one of the company's brokers which helped me a lot.

This BForex is a scam, I started with $US 1,000 because I never done trading before, and the next day I get a telphone call from one of there brookers saying I should put in a $US10000 as he would give me $US10,0000 credit unknown to me this is dead money which he did not explain, and said not to worry he would advise me and teach me and I would make big profits.
So I invested $US100,000 and at first was doing okay the only bad trade was the one this broker advised me on, and he quoted that I had a better feel to the market than he did.
I kept trading with little help and at one point was $US225,000 in profit, and then Mr broker came into contact again and was giving me advise and not the correct advise, and it went all wrong and in short I lost the lot.
My point is this broker conned me as a begineer why did he not say start at $US10,000 and see how we get on see if you will understand the Forex system, this guy should be fired as all he is is a crook, and Bforex should be closed down as a crimanal company stealing from the general public.
I will try forex again but not with this company and I advice anybody else if they are thinking of trading forex do not go with BForex I have now learned that there is more genuine Forex companies than these rouges of BForex.

They advertise 100:1 but on weekends they reduce to 30:1, so if you are a trader who likes to hold on to your trades more than a few days, then make sure you do all strategies around 30:1 otherwise you get a margin cut come the weekend.

I wanted to open an account with them, but they ignore certain questions about fees, so not a very upfront company in my books.

their low spread(EUR/USD:0.5pip) and high leverage (1:500) can be pretty attractive.

First trading day was fine. I made profits and well.
the problem started the next day. I notice they put 10 second delay on every order. I couldn't even make a order or close because the price will be different. plus they changed spread to 5.5pips on EUR/USD!!! this is insane.

deposit/withdrawl is worse. I'm still waiting for my money back which I requested couple of days ago. still no answer

When I got interested in forex training, it took a lot of searching to find the right fit for me.

I wasn't as good as some other people I knew and I wasn't able to grasp the platforms they were using. I tried the trials and just found myself losing money over and over. MPT had the perfect platform for me and I've been with them since.

To be honest - I'm surprised (in a good way). I've been trading with them for two months and haven't had a problem. When they reduced the minimum deposit to 1 000, I couldn't believe that this is actually arrangeable for ECN trading. Obviously they've figured out how to accommodate smaller traders in an ECN environment. I am, however, experiencing some minor slips on smaller orders but everything else has exceeded my expectations.

There is something fishy about this company. On the surface they look good. Im ignoring my experience i had in their early days when they had server outtages, gaps in charts and 8+ pip fills on their majors! when they were quoting 3 pips. That aside, i have been running EAs and found that theres a significant reduction in the number of trades .. i mean 2-3 trades in 24 hours vs on another broker 10+ trades. This leads me to think theres some data smoothing or something going on with the broker data. The other thing is they offer L plate accounts and 0.01 lot accounts .. so you tell me.. L plate are nano accounts... they claim not to be market makers but then who is making the market on this small volume accounts? these small lot size trades have to be filled in the open market and generally the open market doesnt want a bar of that size volume. Theres perhaps the old "pass the potatoe" ie. we arent market makers but your order goes through to someone that is... much like Italians assembling something in China.. and saying Made by Italians! I wouldnt trade with this company as my EAs look rather unhealthy on go's data feed. Better value elsewhere.

Give them your money to trade for you, and they will make several trades that will liquidate your account. They charge high commissions which will eat your profits. Learn how to trade forex using a demo account and reading a lot, better for you. Become a member with an international company saves you more.

they don't have a license in Switerland for FX and CFD trading and their only license there is an investment company but not including the FX Business

I contracted for an account with Leverage of 1:500. Instead, they provided me one of leverage 1:1. I lost all the money that I remitted together with the bonus that they added to my account. Prime4x and all its IB's are Scam. It took over two weeks for my remitted funds to show in my account.

Generally, I consider TDFX to be a good broker. The spread are at par with other broker and since I am using EA, I personally do not see much slippage or issues with the broker. The only downside is the charges for deposit and withdrawal using paypal. I know that TDFX did not charge for deposit and withdrawal, but I feel that TDFX need to do something to reduce the charges, i.e. probably by direct debiting debit card (without the need for paypal). For your information I was charged 2.5% for the transaction, for GBP 1000 approx GBP25, way too much. Hope TDFX could do something on this fast. The deposit and withdrawal are fast by the way, it is just that the charges is a bit too much.

I have been trading with Ibfx for some time now and the worst thing about them is their constant re-quotes, but that only happens when you are on the right side of the trade. I went with them because of the no dealing desk sell, but they are definitely not working or you. I avoid a lot of that by putting in a tp. It happens to me most often when I am trying to enter on the best side of the trade. I am planning to move my capital. I am thinking oversees, but I scared. I am a very profitable trader, but the truth is if I knew then what I know now; I would have never put my name on the dotted line. Lastly they make it really difficult to get your money unless you want to pay fees. I was with forex.com and they sent your money out within 24 hours, they are not good either that is why I left them. Stay away from them too.


I am about to fax a request for money from IBFX now. When you want your money. You have to go online submit the request print it out, fill it out and then fax it. It is Saturday 6/26/10 and I will not get my money until next Friday 7/2/10.

I was forced to withdraw my money back; the money not belongs to me alone (two of my friends involve as well). I sent them 100K withdraw request on 25th of May; I shall get the money back at the end of May if Froex- Metal processed it properly. Unfortunately, they made the excuse like: One of our banks has a very strict anti-money laundering procedures for over 25,000 international payments. I asked them to separate into 4 wires, each one 25,000. They sent the first wire 25,000 to me last Friday. Up to now, I have not heard from them regarding the next payments. I still have 75,000 with them. I am suffering a lot from this withdrawal experience with forex-metal. As they are two friends involved and there is no way to contact the payments through the telephone.
I contact with their live chat twice per day. The answers are the same --- Please email to the payments. I am under depression with this withdraw issue. What shall I do if they continually keep me waiting? Shall I report the government department which regulated the forex coms in Panama?

This is the second time in two weeks that their server has been down and both times my orders were not filled because their servers were down. When trying to get them to at least accept responsibility for their error they dismissed my claim. The last time they went down ( a few hours ago) I put in an order for 27k, the dollar I was selling went down over 60 pips, and falling. I would have made a killing but the live help told me they will not honour my order, as did their phone help, as did their Supervisor. I researched which broker to use very carefully and if not for these two server down errors (the first time it was down for three hours) I would recommend them. But their attitude when they make a mistake is very poor. I am pulling my account and would suggest anyone thinking about investing with them very seriously. Read their forum on problems with connections, it speaks for itself.

I've been with Tadawul for about 12 months now and I can honestly say have had no problems with them. I went with these guys from a bunch of forex brokers I looked at. I have other account but use these guys for my day to day manual trading.

Is Forex-Metal a scam company?

Bforex = SCAM
Bforex will temp you to make large deposits by offering huge bonuses. I used a breakout strategy to make good profits. If you are profitable and ask to withdraw money they will freeze your account. I was told I manipulated their platform - when I queried this I received no response.

I contacted my lawyer who required details of all my trades and the Broker's details. I contacted Bforex for their regulation license details - again - no reply.

Bottom line is if you make profits with Bforex, they will freeze your account once you ask for a withdrawal. You will not only lose your profits but also your deposit. Bforex is not a regulated broker, it is the biggest SCAM broker around.

FXGM and ForexCT are the same company - they will also deny you withdrawing profits, but you might have a chance receiving compensation from FSAASICCYSEC because FXGM and ForexCT are regulated.

This is my personal experiences with GFT.

I had several live accounts with them since 2004. What a SCAM…..!!!! (Capitol letter) SCAM..!!
First of all they have banned me from having an account with them with no explanation. I have not sued them with the NFA or neither file a complaint with them…. What a joke..!!
1- The reason you should not trade with them is because they are NFA member..!!!
2- They are trading and holding all your trades against you every time you are in the ‘wrong side’ of the trade.
3- They are not reporting your trade straight to the CBOT as they should unless you are on the ‘right side’ of the trade. Instead they are holding your position until you got in the wrong side of the direction of the market and able to cash your losses direct to their Bank (Morgan Chase)..!
4- They are telling you that if you maintain a position in a “wrong side” or ‘Right side’ of the trade after 5PM they are closing your position and replace your trade at the market price…..!!!! What…?????!! Yes, They are closing your trade. Their statement is….”…YOU DON’T OWN THE POSITION YOU ARE HOLDING THE POSITION”….. What…???? …… (Meaning) if you are on the ‘wrong side’ of the trade we can go head take your money at front and then (if you lucky) able to make it back and get even the next day………… (I will explain it further in a moment….)
5- Let assume you are getting in the ‘wrong side’ of the trade and you need to add positions…. they are ‘AVERAGING’ your position instead to honor your price ‘Buy’ or ‘Sell” at the time of your price/trade. …..WHAT????? (I will explain further in a moment as well……)
6- Slippage……!! Ohhhh yes….
7- “POSITION PENDING”…. Ooohhh yes……!!!!
8- Platform crash…..Oooohh yes….!!!
9- Not hedging….Ohhhh Not..!!!!
Now back to paragraph (4)-(5).
I have an account with CCcapitol in UK with $300k ($300,000). They indeed charge me high spread. However, they are honoring all my trades position. If I need to add to my ‘wrong side ‘of the trade they are filled at the ‘PRICE’ requested and ‘MAINTAIN’ the position/trade into next trading day or even in to days ahead…!!!!!!
I will explain with an example;
I bought (Long) 10 full lots EUR-USD @ 1.3300. Now the market is going south down to 1.3200. I am in a loss of a total 100 pips ($10K). So without panicking I am adding positions with an extra 10 full lots, going (LONG) @ 1.3200.
Then the market is finally reversing and retesting the 1.3300 area. So far so good, I have 100 pips in profit of my last trade made (1.3200 through 1.3300) and ‘0’ losses on the first trade made @ (1.3300). So I have the chance to close with 100 pips in profit the last trade @ (1.3200) and able to get out the first trade made @ (1.3300) with few pips in losses or even few pips in profit (knowing that I have made already +100 pips in the previous trade).
Now with GFT the same scenario (this is how they are going to get you ….)!
I bought (Long) 10 full lots EUR-USD @ 1.3300. Now the market is going south down to 1.3200. I am in a loss of a total 100 pips ($10K). So without panicking I am adding positions with an extra 10 full lots going (LONG) @ 1.3200.
Well well well they are averaging your trade at 1.3250….WHAT…???? YES they are averaging your adding position 50 pips higher where the market price is actually is…which it is @ (1.3200)..!!! So you still under ‘50’pips in the red until the market is hitting 1.3250, (If it will). So now you are physiological stressed and thinking,” ok few pips above 1.3250 I will be out ...!”…. Which I did several times …!!!! What a joke..!
Now The same scenario with (both accounts CCcapitol and GFT).
The EUR-USD instead to get back up to 1.3300….. It will go further south. Let’s assume the market hits 1.3000..!!!!! Ohhh God…!!! Now what…..??? Well I am 300 pips in the negative with the first trade made, and 200 pips in the negative with second trade made.
With my current Broker (CCcapitol) I am adding position @ 1.3100 and 1.3000 as well. Ok now I have 4 trades of a total 40 full lots ($40k) in the market
1 trade [10 lots] @ 1.3300 = -300 pips
1 trade [10 lots] @ 1.3200 = -200 pips
1 trade [10 lots] @ 1.3100 = -100 pips
1 trade [10 lots] @ 1.3000 = 0 pips
Now the market reverse the next day going back (let’s assume) @ 1.3150.
My last 2 trades (honored by CCcaptol) @ 1.3000 and 1.3100 are in profit (50 Pips and 150 pips) respectively..!!...... +250 pips = (+$25k) in to my account.
Now the same scenario with GFT, I have positioned the last two trades @ 1.3100, and 1.3000 as well.
My last two trades with a total of (4) trades with GFT were ‘averaging’ @ +/- 1.3120…!!!! YES they have averaged all my 4 trades’ @t 1.3120
Now the market reverse the next day going back (let’s assume) @ 1.3200.
Guess what, I am physiological drained and exhausted of the ‘bad’ day of a bad trading, and I decide to close all my positions (which sounds the right thing to do..!) @ 1.3200. Get the point..?! As soon as the market get close to 1.3120 (break even) or little above, after holding the position with 120 pips in negative, I am going to call for the day and getting out with ALL TRADE/POSITIONS with no regrets instead to hold It all way to 1.3200…!!! Let’s call 30 pips in profit… ($12K)
It’s all a psychological game that they are trying to get through your mind.
Now the worst scenario (HERE IS THE CATCH...!)
Now, let’s assume that by the end of the day I will hold all my positions for the next day, and hoping that the market will eventually reverse and go back to 1.3300 ( to the original trade)
(6PM is the magic time for GFT)…is the PAYDAY TIME...! If the market still (EUR-USD) @ 1.3000………….. Good luck..!!! (With GFT account)..!!!! WHY…????
Well this is their tricks…..!
CCcapitol maintain your P/L (profit and Losses) -400 pips (-$40K)…. Your account is in (((Floating profit/losses negative -$40,000)))). The total equity of your account (floating) is + $260,000 from the $300,000 originally started. But the trades are NOT CLOSED..!!!!!!!!!!!! They are active at the price that they were bought (1.3300, 1.3200, 1.3100, and 1.3000.)
With GFT account at 6 Pm all your position will be closed and repositioned at the market price…! and this will be deducted as a losses from your equity of ($300,000). So this is deal...Your account now is suffering of an effective drawdown liquidity.
GFT took $40,000 out of your account and repositioned all your (average trades @ 1.3000). You laterally lost 40K out of your account that they have (STOLEN) from you..!!!!. To recover the – 40k you have to wait until the market gets at least to 1.3100 to get break even…!!! Guess what..? … if you have a $40,000 in losses in the previous day, and the next day the market get the EUR-USD @ 1,3100, you are so glad to be able to get out half of your positions or even better close all the positions, and be happy that you were able to get the $40K back……in one day …………….(GOOD JOB…!!!)…….BUT
With CCcapitol I am psychological ahead of the game because @ 1.3100 I have one position trade in profit (100 pips) = +10 k in to my account, (and able to close the trade if I wish), with the account now (floating @ +$270,000 with not effective losses yet), and able to hold my gun until the market will reverse up to 1.3300.
At the point my account would be at +$360,000 in profit…! Yes +$60,000 in profit..!!! last trade made @ (1.3000) +300 pips, +200 pips for the trade made @(1.3100), + 100 pips for the trade made @(1.3200), and break even for the trade made @(1.3300) .
WHAT a Ride………!!!!!!
You have to work physiologically double of your efforts and endure your nerve instead to make life/trading easer then should be..!! with GFT
By the way last (December 2009) I had the opportunity to open $300K GFT, and CCCapitol UK Demo account, and we have placed the same trades at the same time in to both accounts to verified what I am stating in this review.
The GFT has been liquidated in a matter of 55 days. The CCcapitol is up to $970,458 as up to today..!!!
Furthermore, this is what I have received from them today…!!!

I have the reversed experience with bforex. I think that there platform is usful and friendly for a begnning forex trader.
Although I'm only a beginner I've managed to double my money by the help of their forex experts.

They stole my money by claiming bankruptcy, then reopen the SCAM door 2 months later.

It kinda makes me laugh when people complain about being charged a commision. MB has very tight spreads and the other brokers have wider spreads to make their money. For instance MB always has a 1 pip or less spread on the EUR/USD while most other brokers who don't charge commisions have a 3 or bigger spread. That means on 1 lot you are losing $20.00 right off the bat while MB only charges a $2.95 commision per lot. That means you are paying $17.00 or more per lot to use other brokers who don't charge a commision. They make their money off of you in the spread. MB is the best broker by far and of course they are going to widen their spreads before news events. MB has the tightest spreads by far for any ECN broker. I highly recomend them.

You have a very hard time trying to withdraw your money, also you never receive your profits only the money you put into you account. these people dont belong on a Scam list, they belong in prison.

I'm trading with this broker for the last 3 months, and I can say that my review is mixed. On one hand, customer support is good, as they are relatively quick to help me in dealing with my problems. On the other hand, I am dealing way too much time with their customer support, as their platform is not as robust as compared with other brokers, such as FXOpen, Private Scandinavian, and FXCM. An average forex broker.

Fulfills the basic needs for the average trader in me. But offers not much more compared to the run of the mill forex brokers. The only strong point with them is their strong marketing machinery, because it worked in making me open an account with them which otherwise I would not have done.

I have used Oanda when I was still beginning in Forex trading and from my experience, their platform often hangs and their spread are bigger compared to what I am using now.

Customer service is good as well as the trading platform. However there are some "magic" going particularly in trade executions...

FXCM must probably be one of the most popular brokers around. However, their service is also the same as most of these brokers who only wants your money. It is hard to get out from trades particularly when the market is volatile. It is also hard to withdraw from them. I dont know if this is mainly because of high number of clients but the company still needs to provide good services to everyone if they want to continue to get clients.

I never used this but my friend tried this broker before and she said the service was not that good and is pricey. The price gaps in the Meta Trader was also high compared to other brokers.

I also heard about these news regarding the previous CEO. However, it is not sure whether the company will be changing for the good or not. I once tried to open an account with them but good thing that I read reviews about the company. I think the company has been posting exaggerated positive reviews for them showing that they really want to counter all the negative things about them. However, I think it is not only this company that has been doing things like increasing spreads during the release of breaking news. But I hope the entire forex market will someday be free from this kinds of things.

The service is good however spreads are not as competitive as before as it becomes bigger. The trading platform has also it's share of problems and is not as good as the MT4 platform...

So far, trading with them is good. But lately, I'm now encountering occasional lag times, when prices won't move.

Wow, there's a review section for Forex Signs/FSI..well to start with, I've been trading for over a year now and this broker is my fourth..So far, I have no complains regarding their services. They assisted me during my trades, and so far during my three months with them I didn't encounter any error with their MT4, unlike the past three brokers I tried.. Stay far away from this broker. After reading the reviews, I took a chance and went with them anyway. BIG mistake. They will manipulate your account. They will feed you lies about your account. They are a dealing desk and trade against you, I get that, that's how they make their money. However, if they start losing they have the power to manipulate your account and THEY WILL. You have been warned, open an account at your own risk, if you do decide to go with this broker anyway the very first sign of your account being screwed over, RUN LIKE HELL.

Too much slippage and issues getting filled into an order (delayed execution), and cheat you on the webiste about their leverage - they would never give me 500:1, then why advertise it as a big selling point? Is a real SCAM with capital letters. They keep making you invest more money and when you want to withdraw it , they will give you an excuse to invest more. Carlos Alvarez , have you seen back the money you invested? Or it is just in a paper they send you. IS secure in your bank? I doubt it. I have been investigating , they are not in Swizerland , but in Barcelona. A cheap website done by "go daddy" in 2001. The name has been changing since then. A proper company won't do that. Another point, Cyprus. Everybody knows that Cyprus is full of offshore banking. They just open companies to anyone who pays money and give somebody's else name instead of yours. That says a lot. Why they do not want to give their own names? Suspicious. In Cyprus they won't ask where the money is coming from as long as is good for the economy of the country.

They have good spreads, but the feed and spreads from http://www.ctnsystems.com/ or London Capital Group Currenex are often better, especially the GBP,CAD and NZD pairs.

Commission also should be lowered - it's too expensive for scalpers.

I hope they will add much more liquidity provider and banks to lower the spreads and increase the liquidity.

GoMarkets have over the past few months become a broker I think I can do good business with, good spreads and service. A complete turnaround to when I started with them 12 months ago.
I have had a couple of EA issues as they were not set up for 5 decimal places but all sorted now.

GOMARKETS have been very helpful with getting me started in Forex Trading, good spreads and have remained consistent with their claims.
Will continue to trade with them and will update if this changes.

I'm the latest victim of their hidden inactivity fee. I've lost $200 because they charged $25 and then $50/month due to inactivity. I expect the same level of professionalism from forex brokers as from credit card companies. The latter are now forced by regulations to disclose all the fees, simplify the fine prints etc. These are the same things CFTC should consider. I'm pretty sure there are a lot of others out there who feel victimized by all these irresponsible fees.

p/s: pls let me know if there is any on-going group considering to take legal action regarding to this practice

I am trading with Oanda since 2006 and i am still satiesfied with them. No problems with withdrawals and scalping is allowed.

it's sad that some here didn't succeed to trade using their platform... But for me, you;re the one who si controlling your money so everything you gain and you lose, it's your your way on how you trade online. I think next time we should be wise in trading and negotiating with others to gain more money.

I would like to bring to the attention of the trading community of how InvesttechFX is a scam company that is out to cheat people’s money. I strongly advise traders who have money with them to withdraw it immediately or those who intend to open with them, not to do so.

For the benefit of the trading community, I strongly urge the moderator not to remove this post (even if InvesttechFX force you to do so).

1. InvesttechFx moves clients fund without seeking clients approval
Clients’ funds are deposited into TD Canada Trust as instructed by InvesttechFX but they moved these funds out, without clients’ knowledge or approval, to the clearing department of a third party trading outfit.

2. InvesttechFX is NOT a member of CDIC and clients funds are not insured
InvesttechFX claims on their web-site that they insure clients’ funds up to USD100k. Legal background check has shown that they are NOT a member of Canadian Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC), in which they claimed they are. Further check with CDIC web-site also reveals that CDIC only insures Canadian dollar deposits and not deposits in any other currencies!

InvesttechFX is NOT a regulated or registered FX broker (they are just a software solutions company) and thus they do not have the proper business practice of a regulated FX broker. Their claim on their web-site about insurance of fund is very deceiving to clients and their business practice is unprofessional and unethical.

After making my way through about 4 brokers, I finally found MB Trading. I had done my research and learned a few lessons along the way. There’s a lot of junk information out there, but here’s what I can say after using them for almost five months. They don’t mess with your orders at all; fills are fast; they could care less if you scalp or hold overnight; and their platform, while somewhat awkward at first, is actually extremely flexible in terms of orders. I use Stop Limit + TTO primarily and it prevents me from getting a bad fill while knowing that everything will be handled in terms of entry and exit while I’m away from my machine. If there is one gripe, it’s that rollover rates are a bit high, but I typically close out my trades each day unless I have a nice winner going. As a bonus, the MBT University is terrific for teaching you about the platform and much more. Can’t recommend MB Trading enough, and I doubt that I’ll find a reason to.

I have been using the marketscope and once I switched to a UK account a started having all kind of issues. The most astonishing one is when on Sunday January 17 the market opened with a gap in the EUROGBP pair, nowhere to be found on the Marketscope on a 5 min chart.I was told by FXCM agent that the gap was filled by a red bar. Waow! I check other area where initially there were gaps, well they cannot be found on the Marketscope. Now can anyone tell me how a system fills a gap??? I always tought the market is made of and by participants and price actions - bid and ask- displayed on a chart. BTW their Meta Trader platform do show the gap just like any other brokers paltform and they want me to trust their Marketscope. Please!!! I do trade gaps and I know what they are

reading the comments some things I recognized. I was often stopped out within 1 or 2 pips from my stop loss with a green or red bar suddenly peaking. Also I encountered "position closed due to stop out" various times and then also the market turned around, not to mention the various messages delaying the opening of a position: please wait, requote, do you really want to...
They are a direct dealer and are thus opposed to your position and interested in your loss. I think we somehow must accept that a big part of the Forex market is rigged, a small player must be very careful, always place stops but, if possible, mental stops (which means staying in front of your screen...) and adhere with discipline to a system. I am still with FXDD(they provide free access to the TOPGUN software which I think is among the best there exists)but if
I find another broker which gives me more confidence I will probably change.

have been with many brokers over the last 7 years, fx solutions is the best by far, what few issues i had were taken care of fast and efficent. the only real issue i had involved the rule changes the the NO BRAIN U.S.A put into effect, but after getting my account out the the US (best thing i ever did) I have been making more money then ever. keep up the good work.

Had problems working platform when I opened account about 8 months ago, tech was on the phone with me at 1:30 in the morning to resolve issues and get me up and running. Lost a lot of my original deposit through some bad trades, but deposited more money, made back a few bucks and have been pleased with support, service and live chat is a nice feature. Have recommended a few of my friends to ITFX and they are pleased with service and ease of trading as well.

I'm using them for couple of months, they use a platform called fxspyder.... That company's platform is a guarantee that they play fair as it's not like MT4 and is very independent....

They're good, fast customer service and I withdrew two times, they were not that fast, they do the withdrawal officialy on mondays only even though they made the withdrawal for me after two days....
The user panel is very poor....
They take commission on buy and sell....

I visited the company since I live in Cyprus and Tadawul Fx is very pro. Excellent welcome, extremely well trained staff. And there treasury there is only two persons just to monitor and assists customers calling to pass order on the phone. Also they insure my funds with their compensation funds. Spreads are fixed, I have an account with MIG since they became bank they changed from 4 decimals to 5 and the spread is floating. Last night 6 pips on eur chf and 4 on EUR USD.

This is to say that this broker is serious and helping the customers not like others.

FOREX.COM is a good and reliable broker. I'm using their MT4 platform. What I don't like are their relatively wide spreads for majors, For Example - 3 pips for EURUSD is too high! (there other brokers offering lower spreads). But the advantage is that their spreads are stable!!! - they will not jump from 3 to 15-20 in few seconds, like I've seen with other brokers (I mean normal market conditions and nights).
Also, I don't understand, why their spreads depends on the trading platform? (MT4 spreads are higher, but I need MT4). Order executions are good most of time. Somebody said they are not responsive - this is bullsh$t, their online support is available 24h and I never had a problem with this.

FXSol/Australia (MT4 Platform) is real robber! Last week they open trade for me with $790 loss. This morning (12/4/2009 Canadian Employment Change, 7AM), trading on news, I closed a position with about $2400 profit, to realize that they closed at same price at which was open ($0 profit). Responce: It was gapped and should not open! Graph shows that price did not gap. During NFP (8:30 AM, 12/3/09) I had a profit of $4345.05 just to realised an hour later that they took my profit - rationale: improper trading profit. When I complained about that, they deactivatedmy account. They also deactivated another account which I did not use for a months!

When I first started trading with FXPro they were a pretty good broker. Nice tight spreads and no problems. Then their management changed and the spreads widened out and they implemented all new swap policies that greatly tacked on to the cost of trading with them. Now most recently, out of the blue they decide to close all accounts of anybody from the US in late January. I wouldn't advise for anybody to trade with this brokerage. As fast as I saw them change from a really good brokerage to right off the cliff down the tubes don't waste your time with FX Pro.

saw the great spreads on the demo so tried the real thing. same tight spreads. no rejects. great service so far.

I recomment not to use this broker for your investment. I have lost my one month saving. While you lose more you will habit/temptation of recovering the money when you see a favarable mkt condition. But do not ........ I dont know if I my self can stop trading with them.

Look at all these people crying that they havent got their money back. All FSA regulated Forex broker companies have strict verification procedures. And this is required by the UK government.

So far my experience with HY Markets has been a great one. With speedy withdrawals and 24hrs customer support. A great platform and easy to navigate website. I give it a thunmbs up...

I was recommended to try Windsor brokers I am rather cautious due to previous bad experiences of trusting other peoples recommendations, so I got the demo trading platform, tried it out and liked what I saw, I have now had a real account for just over a month, I started with the mini, even thought they do offer a micro for beginners with min deposit of 25$ I opted for the mini with min deposit of 250$, thought I’d try my luck!! After all they are reputable broker with affiliation to regulatory bodies in Europe and locally in Cyprus where they are based. The re-quote on spot instruments facility often worked to my advantage as it is quick; there is no processing time where you lose out die to market change. Low margins and pips as low as 1 on the mini… I am very happy with my decision and will keep you updated on my process…

my contact in ACM asked me for a job since the entire staff is now at risk of removal, depending on their relationship to La Marca. the rumor has it that the 30 mln capital increase last month was only done to get his stock % down. they are probably doing this to replace people in leading positions who are not capable of sustaining their banking license IF they had a chance at that. A. Axarlis is next in line.

I have just started using cashback forex. They have wonderful customer service and the website explains everything needed in order to sign up for each new account.

The only thing it lacks is updated rebates. It only updates once a month, even though I it is trading site that delays the rebates.

It's extremely nice to get the cashback every month. You could be a break even trader and still make money each month. Cashback is by far the best rebate site around. Poker has had the rakeback site for a long time and now it's nice to have some for forex.

I smell a rat with Xforex.com. They push to get you on-board then promise bonusses which you never see...Even after I submitted the credit card info and proof of ownership.

I for one noticed that 2minutes must lapse before you can close a trade. It is not 2 minutes... more like 5!

When you close a trade the price jumps? Even if the profit did not change?

PFG is an 'ok broker at best ... When there is a bad fill or a completly screwed up trade all you are going to get for all the commissions you have paid them is a stiff arm and a big pile of bullshit. Their arrogance is legendary. I'm looking for another broker ...

They used to advertise that their customers were protected under CFTC regulations. They were cited by the NFA and were fined $100,000.

They are notorious for charging outrageous mark-ups on your trades, and they do not fill the trades fairly. Customer support is non-existent.

Their CFO, Compliance Officer, and Operations Chief (Alex Bobinski) is allow to serve as consultant to other CTA, firms, other professional futures traders. This is a conflict of interest. I usually trade around new releases but with Oanda I am not having any luck getting good spreads during this time.� However, I still find Oanda better than other brokers that I have used like FXCM.

Just managed to get an account opened. process was fast and glad they now accept US clients.
Demo has been running very smoothly but have only just started live today. I will give a detailed review when I have used them more but 4 stars for getting my account open on time and funding my account with no fuss.

Tried windsor for some time, fast execution - I do not know about big lots - usably I traded less than 5 standard in one ticket.
With regards to customer support I like is the team they have, they are very helpful, I get Arabic support from Dealing room, back office and customer services.

Ok, I said I would be back to up date on what I was to experience with FXDD as my broker. So far so good. I have called them three different times with just simple questions I have had with my account and one real problem I had on a stop that was triggered early only to find out that it was really my fault. I forgot to cover my spread on a short..LOL....opps. Anyway to date everything is going just as they promised. Spreads are on target. Quick execution, Although I have had one execution that failed due to my internet connection. Again, fault lies on my end. My stops are hit on target, take profits are hit when they are suppose and the response from the people answering the phones are way more then I expected. Kind, courteous and have answered all my questions and fixed my problem right there on the spot. My deposits (two) have been filled right with the guide lines they set. I have to say I am very well pleased at this point and will be back again to up date this review even further.

Finally Meta4 on an ECN! I am so happy, I place my order between the spread and see it reflected across the entire platform. Commissions are a little higher than I would like but I am a person who believes my broker should not be trading against me, its worth the other $1-$2 per 100k to use them. All in all I am pleased and very happy with the exceptional service.

I use this Broker some months now and near all is ok. If you use marketorders with slippage allowed you get often with slippage filled, but thats normal in many ECN brokers because so maximum lots at the market can be filled, so be carefull not to do high slippage as default value.
a good thing is the fast and competent help with skype contact inside the broker plattform.
like all ECN you have to take in consider that you pay a commission per for each trade, on the other hand there are bether Spreads then near most other brokers. ( with "molecule6" website i avoid a lot of the commision).

at the beginning there was some problems with filling out the application form (or using bank guaranty instead of money transfer) and get many questions for plattform and how to place orders best way. But i used "molecule6" website as introducing broker to let me help with application and clear all questions with plattform. So i get also 43% of my commisions back through molecule6 , what can be really a lot after some weeks.

After starting trading i missed sounds when orders are closed or new pending orders opened, but i got one expert file from my introducing broker to have this sounds now, so trading is just fine.
and one think is to mention at last: sometimes my orders are only partially filled because of to less orders in the market at this prices. It happens only if a got the entry exactly, so not very often. But sometimes it was happening, but i think thats a problem of all ECN brokers, because they are no marketmakers and are not the counterpart of the trades. And dont have the broker as a counterpart of the trades is a very good thing on the long hand.

I like dukascopy very much and can good trade with it. if you need help in opening or plattform questions or you like to get very high commision rebat i would recommend molecule6 as a combination because very fast support and help.

At last here are some sentences about for what people this broker is wrong:
- The opening amount for an account is 10000 USD now, so if you dont have this amount offcourse you cant use this broker
- till 50000 USD are on the account your commision will be 36 USD per trade, from 50000 USD is will be 18 USD per trade (there are also possibilities to decrease this fees if you trade a special trading volume, but then you need to trade a lot each day) -> best here is to use introducing broker like molecule6 for getting many of the commisions payed back
- at newstimes spreads are much bigger then in normal trading hour, i just mention it for people who have only traded with fixe spreads with marketmaker brokers till now
- the minimum trading amount per trade is 100000. and very very important: 0,1 lot in dukascopy are this 100000. i say this because in some other brokers (many marketmakers) there is 0,1 lot only 10000 value. so if you never ever want to trade this 100000 amount this broker is also not the best choice.

Last year I posted a warning about doing business with Interbank FX and or IBFX. I suggested that traders avoid them. Check out the latest NFA action. Consider this why would any company send me an unsolicited emails offering an account with $25.00 in it, and what can you trade with $25.00. It spelled desperation and violated Federal law. The Committee found that Interbank, Crosland and Albretsen failed to implement its anti-money laundering (AML) program and failed to adequately supervise its electronic trading system. Additionally, the Committee found that Interbank, Crosland and Albretsen failed to adequately supervise the solicitation of non-Member solicitors who used deficient promotional material. The Committee also found that Crosland failed to supervise Interbank’s activities.
Interbank and Crosland must also submit to NFA within 180 days a final independent review of its electronic trading platforms conducted by an outside party to ensure that Interbank’s electronic trading platforms are in compliance with NFA requirements. Overall this is a very good platform. The platform is easy to use. I very much like how you can change the time of calculation for the pivots. Also I like seeing the midpoints between the pivots. Customer service is great. I have been with the company 10 months and have had only one episode of slippage of 2 pips during a slow market. I think that is great considering the numerous trades I place. Either this can't be done or I haven't figured it out yet--I would like to be able to add more currency pairs to the existing ones that are on the main platform page. I don't like having to go a drop down menu to access the other currency pairs I use, like Eur/Jyp. My complaints are very minor. Well worth giving them a try.

I have been an MB Trading FX client for over 3 years and most of the traders I communicate with in various clubs are also MB clients. Overall, I've been extremely pleased and had no need to ever trade with another broker. I saw some of the other reviews about slippage and high commissions, but that has never been the case with me. I'm a high volume trader using limit orders and since my volume has steadily grown over the years, MB has adjusted my commissions levels to be much lower then the advertised price. If you're looking for a trust worthly broker, MB Trading certainly fits the bill.

I find their platform reliable, with only 2 or 3 faults in the past year of trading i'm very happy with it, one of the faults resulted in me losing money and they were happy to refund without quibble, another resulted in me losing money but they wouldnt budge, so not 100% on my side but overall I am very pleased with everything. Ease of use is great but minimum spread bet isnt very flexible. Also i find that during news releases, their spreads are only high for a short period of time compared with other brokers i've used.

I have read and heard a lot of negative comments on this broker. Although their spreads are advertised low, I hear people have a lot of trouble withdrawing funds.... any idea?

I have traded forex for the last 3 years. used various brokers, left most because of poor service and bad execution. I have been with Advanced Markets since march 09' and doesn't look like i will need to change broker again. Great service, from account opening to any queries I had. The unbelievable thing is that i have yet to be be rejected from a trade. I can enter and exit trades any time I want to get in to the market or out of my position. Honestly a have a good feedback from Bforex Romania. You can close your position anytime you want and their stoploss and take profit is bulletproof. I call my forex consultant almost every time I open a position for suggestions ( I'm a noob in this) and every time I learn a little more. I glad I work with them.

My EURGBP stop loss buy was surprisingly triggered 3 pips [0.8936] above the GFT deal360 chart quoted @0.8993 day high price, it hasn't even breached when this review is posted. When I was put through to their dealing desk, they reiterated the chart only reflected bidding price whereas my 0.8936 is triggered by their spread. [3 pips in a normal market!?]

This goes to show their quote is definitely not transparent and any stop is always subject to their ambiguous spread. I've failed to identify an executed day high price at 0.8936 with my other accounts nor the general markets. As I've an identical position stop order @0.8935 with MF Global and was reassured by them that any executed price has to be reflected in their price chart with matching or above price.

Much as I was impressed with their software to evaluate prior increasing them to my typical account size, prior to this last trade, I was also charged a negative rolling rate whereas with MF global I was credited with an identical trade and time!? In my 20+ years of trading, I will said this the most arrogant forex dealer I've ever come across that I can't help but to post this review as a warning to others.

With just these 2 bad experience, I've since initiated an immediate account closure.

I have used this broker from March 2009 and from beginning everything was fine. Now the spreads are to high and it´s difficult to close trades, when it´s profitable for me. Can´t reach them properly sometimes and there is also slippage when closing. It´s easy to loose money here when there are some small problem occurs now and then. If I shall continue here they have to change attitude and spreads. I also have other brokers to compare and all of them are much better then this one. I give 2 stars as their support are working at least and answer are coming to request. After 3 contacts I had answer within an hour 2 times but 3rd time it took 10 hours and I also got answer from different person on the same question, of cause with a time delay.

It's scam guys....

I lost all my money because of their extremely slow service. They promised they have arabic speaking dealers by always a romanian answers the phone. On their website they say their employess speak 15 languages but until now I heard only romanian and greek. They are big liers. They say they are regulated by something in their country but I don't believe this even. They don't even own the building they talk about it too much. Ask them. I am very sad becuase when I visited them years ago at the old office they told me they were moving to a new building where their service would be better but it became worst. They are a shame to the rest of honest brokerage companies.

Talk about making a sweeping statement. I have traded using Forex-Metal for half a year and never ecperienced any of the problems with execution you talk about.

i was getting requotes in more then 75% of my trades. I have read in other forums that they change spreads on your platform if you are making $. Customer service is not good at all after you fund your account. Withdrawals are fast, so thats a good point but i would never trust this broker on their unfair tactics. Beware and stay away.

I used these guys for my first ever acct. Boy Ive learned alot looking back now. Not good. Executions need to be what....1/4 second at slowest? These guys are a bit over 4 seconds....death to a trader. Especially when if you click to close and your counting your 4 seconds and your pip changes, it makes you start all over again. Pretty bad when your up say 10 pips, and by the time you close a fast mover, your negative 2 or 3 or worse!! Extremely frustrating and a fast way to go broke. Also if your closing and the pip rises (while waiting), and your eyes catch it, good brokers give you the upswing. Not these guys...whatever pip you clicked at 4 seconds ago is what you get!! however see it drop (while waiting) and they give you the dropped figure. Another great way to go broke

I use megadroid and just got the poison robot it only work on back test demo but i let it run till next morning no trade at all megadroid is the same too. I try to use it on alpari it work but the broker got a bad review.

Nowadays, my main brokers are ECNs and banks. For smaller sizes, I still go to retail brokers and the lowest I will go to is Oanda. I tried them all. Oanda is the best. They never requote or cheat outright as ALL MT4 brokers do. When your "Limit" order is hit, you can rest assured you will be filled, unlike all the other brokers. And when markets are in full swing their euro spreads have been known to drop to 0.6 Witdrawals are usually effected within 24 hours. But their charting facilities are primitive. My advice to small time traders, go to Oanda. You will be glad you did.

I work as an IB with them and I have never heard complaints from my referred traders about Dukascopy.

SCAM, i came to this webpage before i started with them but they will ask me to ignore this webpage's comment as only bad comment was approve, i submitted few good comments bout other company that was approve. now i believe that those ppl comment here was real. i regretted i didn;t take the comments on this webpage seriously before, it was an expensive experience. so my advice is stay away, especially if u plan to go thru the IB in tanjung tokong.

The most most worst broker in the world. They have 4 platforms and no one work properly. They are mentioned on the web site that they get – “Best Forex trading platform 2009”. How they get this award? I am the customer of this broker. Nobody was asking me. The problems is :
- Always take a long time to start the any platform;
- The price is always going up for 4-5 pips compare with others brokers, but when the bar is closing the price is coming down and closing price will be the same.
- You can not open the stop order very close to real price.
- Sometimes the graphic chart is working, but the rest of the thing is frozen. And you can not do anything, only you have to switch off and start again. And it will take again a long time.
- Closing the order – taking long time. So you are loosing few pips. The deal did not take place immediately.
- For me the graphic chart is not very clear and not comfortable compare to others.

This broker like to steal pips from you.. They are the only broker that ask you to confirm your order in times when you follow the big trend.
And they did it even twice-three times, So when your order are accepted the price is against you. ANd they also widen their spread in some cross currencies when market is about to close..

This is total bullshit. I was buying gbp against usd and was having 700usd profit and suddenly my platform hangs and when i reopen my platform, my order disappear!! i recheck with my trading history and record and it wasnt seen anywhere. i talked to the customer support but they said i havent open any transactions for the day! i talked to my Service center in Penang and they wasnt helpful at all. this wasn't the 1st time either. i had several times that the platform close my transactions when i was in negative even my margin level is still high. i didn't even set stop loss! i complaint few times but all responses i get is they are going to review the matter but i never get any compensation and the matter still exist! That's IT~! i'm done with this this company! now that i request my withdrawal, only they start to persuade me. when i insist, they said my case is special, it might take few weeks to get my withdrawal.
What the heck?! I tried a few platform before but this is the worst i encountered so far!

Ive been trading forex through multiple borkers for a couple years now and the reality is that some are good and some are bad. Tradeview is definitely a good one.

They have great customer service and their execution on MT4 is very good. The most important thing is that they ALLOW ME TO HEDGE! I can use my hedging strategy throughout the day and at 5pm my position is consolidated to a net position this way I am never stuck with a hedged no win no lose position at the end of the trading day. I am very happy with this solution and would encourage everyone to give it a try! 4 STARS!

This´s so the best forex broker by far!!!! When I started trading forex they were the only ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified, that´s why I went with them and so far so good, they applied for the bank license, if they get it that will make stand out for real

I have never seen such a tool for manager in other brokers. They have launch a new PAMM. They allow clients to protect their investment. very good concept.
Regarding slippage, I have no complain, as the one I have is due to technical ping delay, about 400ms, meaning I really appreciate their transparency and quality in datafeed.

the worst customer service ever

As a beginner, I use Ava in Demo since 1 month. Usually I trade crude oil and I made more than 40'000 € in 20 days, without a single loss. Its seems good to go in real...
But I beware of stops signals, they works not ever at the value selected! Much more better following the AvaTrader, than put an order and go to sleep :-)

I have been working with them for over 3 years and they are giving great service.

I was a customer of Alaron which was purchased by PFG Best. If I were told how bad they were I would not have believed it. I have been trying to get out of a spread trade for the past day and one half. At this point they have me in two opposing spreads on different exchanges. I told the broker who made the last attempt to close my spread which symbol to use and he REFUSED. So now I am in two opposing spreads. The most amazing thing is the PFG Best employees I have had the pleasure to talk to don't seem to think this is a problem. My former Alaron broker has tried to get this straightened out but he gets jerked around by these bozos as much as I do. I realize this is hard to believe but it is all true.

I've been with AVA for 6 months and I find them honest and professional. Never had problems depositing and withdrawing. Excellently simplified trading platform.

I trade with them for 2 months. Connection with Broco servers often lost several times per day during good movements. Do not recommend them.

My last broker required $50,000 to open a live account, lots were high at 100,000 they also charged commission. Happily I can say that none of this is true of ACM, I feel more in control in the management of my account with the 10,000 lot sizes, although not with them a full year yet, I am pretty pleased.

What upset me the most was I was promised to be able to renegotiate my lot sizes once my account was funded, I placed the minimum amount of $50,000. When I asked again I was told it would need to go through management, time went by, during which I noticed that I suffered many non-executed trades - even during normal trading. By the time they got back to me and said it was possible to change my lot sizes to smaller ones...if I increased my account by another $50,000, it was too late, I closed my account, without any problem, and moved on to another broker.

Tryed their ECN demo and it is pretty good. It has market depth software as I see portial executioning, so everything I get used from MBTrading but big advanatage is MT4.

Strange, all the reviewers here provided bad comment. But my experience is different. I use this account for Dows and Hang Seng futures which the response is very quick. I think the wider spread is due to less volume on those futures. Try the common one ie. Dows, Forex ... etc. I can even receive money from them through moneybookers with the profit that I earned from the gci account. Regular 1500 USD per month. Their online support has a very quick response.

Like Damien, I was attracted by the rare (unique?) combination of a straight-through processing (ECN) service, and a MetaTrader 4 platform. Also, like Damien, I initially found their response to emails poor, and I had concerns about their regulatory oversight (they are a USA-based company, but have chosen not to go for NFA registration, but instead have applied (but not yet received) regulatory approval from the Dubai regulator (the DFSA).

However, their on-line support service is good, and I have noticed an improvement to email responses.

Not being based in the USA, I am not affected by their strategy that prevents them taking North American clients. I can see advantages to me in DFSA as opposed to NFA regulatory oversight; firstly the DFSA insist on client funds being held separately from the company's funds; this potentially offers greater security to client funds. Secondly, the NFA are just introducing their bizarre no-hedging policy. I don't want a regulator to tell me how to trade, and hedging forms part of my trading style.

I therefore opened a demo account with FXCBS and after a couple of weeks trialing their platform, I decided to open a small live account.

I am really impressed with their service. It does what it says on the tin; a no-dealing desk service, straight through to the market. Spreads are as good as you are going to get from any retail forex broker; they are basically the spreads on the 'real' market. FXCBS do not add to the spread; instead they charge a fixed commission of $8 per standard lot, which equates to 0.8 PIP. This does not make them the cheapest, however, it is such a minor cost that I'm not bothered, and they are only 0.3 of a PIP from the nearest equivalent.

Slippage is virtually non-existent (usually zero; the worst I've spotted in a very rapidly moving market was 1.2 PIPs). I have only had 2 failed orders, which were accepted a couple of seconds later without any price disadvantage to me.

All in all, I'm very pleased. I was particularly keen to find a broker offering a STP service with MT4, and as far as I am aware, FXCBS are the only one currently doing this. I am aware of 2 other brokers currently 'trialing' such a service, but none I can access for live trading. FXCBS get a thumbs up from me. I would have given them 5 stars if they had competed their regulatory approval process with the DFSA, were better communicators, and updated their dreadful website. They have promised to do the latter 'soon', and the regulatory approval is 'in the pipeline'. Time will tell whether I can improve my rating of them.

Salam What I would say is simply the best. The first thing we should see in a broker is that they are legitimate. And yes CMC Markets are the very big market makers in uk. They have very fast response in their customer service and order execution. Most of the time their spreads are fixed. Have a great software.On top of all things using them is SECURE.

An update from my previous post, the customer care of the company dealt with the dispute in a professional manner in due course, further to me employing a 3rd party professional to discuss the dispute with them. The issues were resolved amicably in the end and we reached a settlement which was satisfactory to both parties. Therefore I have to say that what I said on my earlier post does not apply

Platform and execution of trades are way above average. I find the platform nicer then metatrader. I recommend giving them a try. I am very happy here.

Pipwhore didnt read the forex spread list carefully. The spread of E/U is 0,8 to 2 for normal condition. They are not claiming 1 pip spread. There is misunderstanding here. It could be that pipwhore is using another broker which has almost same name with FCMarket.com (or FCmarket's competitor)

April 28, Chicago - National Futures Association (NFA) has fined I Trade FX LLC (I-Trade) $250,000 for failing to implement an adequate anti-money laundering (AML) program. I-Trade is a Futures Commission Merchant and Forex Dealer Member of NFA located in Lake Mary, Florida. I-Trade solely conducts retail, off-exchange forex business. The Decision, issued by an NFA Hearing Panel, is based on an NFA Complaint filed in June 2008.

The Panel found that I-Trade failed to adequately implement its AML program by not filing a suspicious activity report (SAR), not investigating deposit and withdrawal activities of the accounts of two Jamaican investment clubs, Olint TCI and TCI FX, and not investigating the source of funds received from two of I-Trade's customers. Along with the $250,000 fine I-Trade must retain an independent auditing firm to conduct audits to review I-Trade's compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act, NFA's AML rules and I-Trade's own AML procedures.

AS of now I wont rate any other broker...any. Why?? Its because its too noisy in the trading world...literary and even virtually. Guys...Let me ask you a question? Who is responsible for your own safety? safety of your properties and all other things belonging to you which could sometimes mean so much to your life? Your safety is your responsibility...NOW...why you all blaming others about your own mistakes??? After all...you need to test waters before you dive in right? I can not believe what these people write bad for Mpt, this is all a lie. I traded with this broker for about 14 months.Their platform, is very easy to use. As someone just told the PIP spread of 5 is relatively high because there's a MLM 4 level commission structure going, but you can earn money working as agent for them and in this price is included webinars from their profesional traders, I have learned from them to make 50 pips every day. I recommend MPT.Thank you My Private Trade, and I can say these people lying writing bad about MPT,I do not know which is their goal.

I signed up to Bforex through a $500 bonus promotion which they had offered about a month ago.
I opened an account and started trading. I was able to quadruple my money, within a week. However, when i tried to withdraw i was not able to. Upon speaking with a rep at Bforex, he explained the the terms and conditions of the promotion, and i deposited $5000. I was able to withdraw my profits made from the bonus. I have continued to trade with them, and must say that my experience completely differs from yours.

I have been trading futures for the last few years and only recently moved into forex. As far as online brokers go, I am very satisfied with them and their platform. Customer service is relatively good. Their only downfall is their charting software which is adequate for my needs. However they have assured me that they are going to have new charting software within a month or so. Since I am traveling a lot I enjoy the ability to log on and trade from anywhere without having to lug my laptop around in case some news comes out while i am having coffee or out with friends.

Glenn Solis introduced me to ACM about 2 years ago, I have remained with them all of this time because I believe that they offer the best trading conditions by far. During this time I have seen them, win awards for various things, this is a broker which is constantly evolving always improving on their trading services and I understand from them that they will be adding the Metatrader platform soon.

Anybody has the proof to show the certificate that this company got EU regulated? This company is not regulated by any third party such as NFA, FCS, FCFR, etc.

Yeah we can still consider that it's not a scam (YET), in fact it is. Yes, they are paying but would it be persistent? I doubt it.

BTW the company strategy is very good. They focus on mini traders that have given them a lot of money due very high leverage (1:500) & lowest deposit of $1. This strategy will get all small butterflies addicted to it.

Takes the opposite side of every trade, so "slippage" averages more than $20 per turn. Can't trade short-term bars, and trading longer term kills the profitability.

TradeStation has good software, and I've been able to write an automatic trading program that's very profitable. However, the trading platform is unreliable, so you have to verify that it's online periodically throughout the day and night. The worst problem, though, is that the forex broker is Gain Capital, which takes the other side of every trade. I could literally double my account every month if it weren't for the more than $20 in average "slippage" for every trade--that's per turn. So instead of trading short-term, I have to trade much longer bars with a lower profitability.

1) Their support is slow
2) Banking sucks and takes too long
3) Spreads are too wide and gets bigger at night.
4) Not a 24/7 place so trying to cover a drawdown with extra wont work, transfer takes longer than 3 days, so beware of weekends there is knowbody around

As a money manager for the retail community of traders, I find that the ACM platform technology really is a leader in it's field. This platform provides excellent execution, with an almost 100% capture rate. As a MM I am also very impressed by the operational ease of the management platform, and the rebates offered are excellent to.

I have follow their datafeed for last 3 years, very good quality. Unfortunately they do not allow minitrading. Does someone know if they have some WLP using their technology and allowing mini?

Thursday April 2, 2009 at 10:AM the Geneva police raided the IT
department and head offices of ACM (Advanced Currency Markets) reported
to be the largest retail Forex broker in Switzerland.
After months of examination, following a criminal complaint filed
against ACM last year by MexBank and MexGroup - the parent company of
MBFX, based in Mexico City, who was the largest customer of ACM, the
efforts of the investigation uncovered one of the most sophisticated
online illegal trading platforms ever designed. Tens of millions of
dollars have been stolen using this platform and MBFX happened to be the
most affected customer in terms of losses.

MBFX traders knew for a fact that the platform must have special
features that kept customers at a disadvantage, while giving ACM the
ability to drain an account practically empty in a matter of seconds
even during most stagnant market times.
The Geneva Police were guided through the platform to uncover numerous
tools discovered by MBFX that allowed ACM to select any account and
apply price/spread/margin modifications to it in order to pocket the
losses of the unsuspecting client. There were features that ACM designed
into their system that gave them total manipulation ability regardless
of what the actual market was doing at any given moment in time.
One independent expert hired by MBFX reported to the criminal court that
ACM had built a trading platform that was designed from the ground up to
steal = “theft by design.” Every conceivable tool of manipulation had
been programmed into the platform to allow ACM to separate the customer
from his money in such a well disguised cloak of excuses, that the
customers actually thought they had lost their money by making bad
trading decisions. The truth is ACM tricked people out of their money
illegally, methodically and shamelessly, while dealers were trained to
lie and use their imagination to the maximum when making excuses to
complaining clients.
ACM, was created by three con men Lloyd La Marca, Nicholas H. Bang and
ALEXANDRE AXARLIS in 2002 and, had been bought by Refco that went down
in flames in 2005. Since then ACM has perfected the art of stealing and
raised the technology bar so high that neither the regulators nor the
auditors were able to see the fraud being conducted right in front of
them year after year.
Who are the three owners and what kind of men are they? According to
people close to them they are nothing more than crooks that rode the
wave of online trading at the beginning of this millennium and simply
got lucky with their plan. From the moment of creation, ACM claimed to
be the most competitive and 100% STP broker in retail FX, while in
reality STP was only developed by the company 3 years after creation. In
the meantime the business boomed and pocketed millions of dollars worth
of inflicted margin calls, while the owners spent it to left and right
on luxury cars, watches, escorts, exclusive travel, drugs and parties.
Lloyd La Marca, ACM CEO and American passport holder, happens to be a
European Ferrari Challenge champion in the amateur class (you pay, you
drive). Millions of dollars of client’s money was spent to uphold the
lavish addiction of Mr. La Marca and his associates, while they
continually oppressed litigating clients and employees by various means
including mobbing, sweeping lay-offs and even pursuing former employees
in court for seeking work with competitor firms.
Mr. La Marca’s personal bodyguard attempted to intimidate MEXBANK
representatives and MEXBANK’s key witness, while they were in a
conference in Beau-Rivage hotel Geneva. We have also been made aware
that Mr. La Marca utilised his personal bodyguard to pay visits to
clients in order to “courteously” demand withdrawal of their complaints
against ACM.
The information displayed on the “Management team” page of ACM website
happens to be a complete bogus designed to make 3 felons look good to
the public eyes.
MBFX remains ACM’s biggest creditor to date and has proposed that the
court appoint an MBFX emergency crisis management team familiar with the
platform to be allowed to immediately step in and take over ACM
management. MBFX would then convert every account currently open and
trading at ACM to be placed on an automated straight-through-processing
status to prevent any more customers from losing money to ACM.
MBFX purports to have the means and the knowledge to remove the illegal
tools of manipulation and insure that every customer is able to trade
against the market and not against ACM so they will receive the benefit
of true market pricing at stated bid/ask prices.

MBFX has submitted a formal petition to the attorney general of state of
Geneva (attached) in order to seek a favourable outcome of the affair
and an eventual management delegation. MBFX would like to see the Swiss
government make a decision that not only punishes the guilty, buy
protects the innocent at the same time. MBFX is confident it can do that
faster and more efficiently than any other appointed management team
because they already know how the platform functions inside and out.
Reconfiguring the trading platform to function within the law and
removing all its deadly features is a bit like walking through a mine
field. If you do not know where the mines are buried there will be an
explosion, says the head trader for MBFX.
If ACM is closed or dismantled by the authorities there will be tens of
millions of dollars lost by current customers unless they are allowed to
continue trading their open positions. The money will be inevitably
blocked by authorities till further notice and it will take years to
recover the funds, just like it is taking years to solve similar cases
such as REFCO or ENRON. There will also be losses of jobs within ACM, as
well as in companies that may be working with it at present.
Another international finance scandal is about to explode and we are
curious to see if the Swiss department of justice will do what is best
for the customers and 250 unsuspecting ACM employees, or simply ignore
the innocent and concentrate on punishing the three men who dared to
conduct business in Geneva that tarnished the Swiss financial sector
reputation.
Hundreds of jobs and millions of dollars of client equities are at
stake. We only hope that the Swiss authorities will choose the rational
choice that would minimise losses, as opposed to the choice made
by-the-book, without consideration for anyone at all but authorities’
own reputation.

These people are a scam. Twice they didn't post a trade on the software that i put through and let it ride until i was way in the hole. I am sitting there thinking it was never excuted. After an hour or two it pops up with you down hundreds. What an interesting error. I called and they said i would have to "take picture of the screen and send it to them so they could investiage" (a picture of a blank screen) and that "they couldn't do anything since i closed out the order" in other words if i allowed myself to keep losing money they would "possibly" do something about it. More then likely not. I closed my account immediately. I month later they did the same thing to my friend by not excuting his stop order. Strangely the had no problem excuting his buy order. His account was wiped out. Need I say more?

A nagyon, nagyon yo broker, nagyon profi! This is a very good broker, I like them very much except I think they should make account opening less hard, I think it is the Swiss way.

Patient client support, the Swiss documentation requiremnt is a little lengthy but they help me through it. Platform is very good but I find it a little somber with all that black. Good choice of currency spreads.

Great learning materials and a solid platform. Everything you need to know is on their site. Haven't had any problems with their trading platform or with fund withdrawal. I'll stick with them for awhile.

Why full marks? They have an almost flawless platform, they have just won Banker Middle East awards for Best Broker and Best Platform. Very good broker. Can trust their banks. Platform worked with my EA and made me a profit. Low Spreads are excellent.

Since it is very difficult to find a true ECN that uses MT4 with a low deposit requirement, I found this broker very attractive. I was also impressed by their mission and vision statements.

However, after multiple inquiries to the company to several of their e-mail addresses (support@fxcbs.com, info@fxcbs.com, sales@fxcbs.com), I found them not responsive at all. The ratio of response to my inquires where 1 response to my 3 inquiries. Response time was a minimum of a week.

The second and final response I received from FXCBS was to inform me this Delaware based ECN does not accept US/Canada based clients.

They certainly accept US dollars for opening an account.

All of these partnerships operate their forex management services without any license from Bank Negara Malaysia.

Their directors show the company registration certificate issued by the Company Commission of Malaysia to the staffs, and tell them it's the license issued by the Central Bank of Malaysia -- Bank Negara Malaysia.

Fix spread give you an edge when trading at news announcement period.That is the sole advantage of fix spread compared to variable spread of ECN. However, only the partnerships' computers can access the trading platform during this period.

The order execution time lag sometimes reach 5 seconds when in heavy news.

Profitable account ledgers of new account use to entice the staffs open an live account. This ledgers show only the first two months of trading transactions. It would be great if ledgers of old accounts having trading transaction history of more than 5 years can be show to the prospects. The prospects just need the first and the last page of the ledgers.

The main prospects is the staffs. The "teacher" will conduct a test after two day simple training. The test consist of 7 short questions. The last two questions requires the staffs to disclose the persons that they informed about this "great investment opportunities", their reaction and comments. Those staffs that did not answer the last two questions or don't have prospect will be told that there are failed in the test, and no need to show their face in the next morning. This is the typical con man screening process. The partnerships don't waste their time on staffs that did not open live account or not having prospect at all.

The "teacher" will do the first round of sales to the staffs. No word of invest mentioned. The staffs hear only"you can open a live account with just RM10K. Management or director will take care of the account for two weeks. Joint venture of four persons is allowed"

Some partnership directors claimed that they attended the basic forex course. They wiil show the staffs the copies of basic course note. Most of the staffs then simply assumed that the directors had attended the advance course. Some staffs even folked out RM10K just want to learn this secret of trading forex. For The Star readers, they will knew that plenty of advance forex course offered below RM5K. For casual internet surfer, they knew they can get the knowledge free by joining the forex forums all over the world.

Another director will brain wash the staff that are hesitating to open an account. The targeted staff will bring to the director's office. The director ask the staff FEROCIOUSLY,"XXX, you promise you want to open an account. When are you going to bank in the money?" That staff will enter in a low mind energy condition. He or she will forget how they rejected the first round of sales by the "teacher". The staff will thought themself really did the promise and hence opening an account is a must. The staff forgot the fact that he or she actually did not make the promise. For nobody would wait even a second when come to money matter. The poor staff influenced by the FEROCIOUS words came out from the serious face of the director. Only few staffs are saved from this kind of brain wash sales tactic. This is a very effective con man sales tactic that every salesman ought to learn. Con man did not smiles at the prospects and explains the advantages of the products or services one by one.

After one profitable trading made on the staff live account, the director will ask the staff to top up another RM10K. Because RM10K is actually not allow to open an account. Staffs are allowed to open account only if they can top up become RM20K account in one or two weeks. All of this conditions are not disclose during the first round sales. No cooling down period given. No explanation on risk involved. Caveat emptor.

Most of the staffs that brought their laptop to the office will fall victim of the RM10K live account. Those are eager to learn the forex. Their eagerness exploit by the partnerships to generate sales. The partnerships office only have one computer inside the director's office. No computer found outside the director's office. Instead, WiFi is set up to screen staffs that are eager to learn.

A Daily Sales Progress Report was designed to forced the staffs to do the sales in their family or relatives. Hence, the office is usually empty after 9AM.

For the staffs that brought personal laptop to the office, they are told to open their live account in the laptop. For staffs that don't have laptop, they are told to manage their own account because the director is always not in the office. Since then, those who open the live account at laptop will keep on doing this. And those don't have laptop will manage account through the director's computer. They thought this is the way of live training. All the live accounts eventually get the margin calls after few days of trading. The director just points the finger to the respective staff: It is the staffs fault! The director cann't manage the account because the staff open the account in their laptop! It is because the staffs choose to manage their account themselves!

For those who chose their account to manage by the management of other partnerships. Their accounts fate are no better. Average one trading done in few weeks. Each trading brought in one or two pips profit. At the end, trading brought more losses than gains.

The staffs forget their initial intention of looking for a job, not to become an investor at that time being.

Staffs that have plenty of "potential prospects" are promote as assistant manager or manager. They are given chances to interview job seekers. They are told to recruit only the job seekers that have big potential to open an live account.

Directors and managers did not enter their intials in the Daily Attendance Book. They are always late to office. They will call one the staff before come in. Asking them the condition of the office. They are affraid of being "catch" by the authorities.

Most of these partnerships didn't display signboard. More often just a piece of A4 paper with the name of the company printed on it sticks at the entrance.

These partnerships change their location of operating office within the city every few months,lasted few years.

Their so called "money changers" change frequently too.

They charge hidden "inactivity fees" and don't tell you. I asked why they do that and Jamie Spoors says "that's just the way we do it." They don't send any monthly account report or anything else, so you don't know they are leaching away at your money. You have to call to find out what your balance is and they will "look it up."

I consider these guys the best of the worst of big brokers. Much prefer the smaller houses. I really don't like their charts.

Good Platform, Good company, 5 stars. I really like their business style.

These people are a complete scam. I opened an account with them in Nov 08 and they wanted me to put more money so that they can give me a 20% Bonus. I started with that. Then over the period I made money from my trading and then one fine day they blocked my account. I was not able to enter in the account and I had 16,000 USD in that account. They refused to reply and after 20 days sent me a letter saying that I had violated their terms and conditions and hence they have cancelled my account and taken all the money away. When I asked them why they havent come back but over the phone someone said because the price at which I trades on 30th Jan was different to what the market was. I dont understand what that means.

Before this, I had asked for a withdrawal of $9,000 and they sent it to my account by Wire and took it off the same day. I am surprised how can a firm conduct such kind of a wire fraud in the first place...

So net net they have cancelled access to my account and done a runner with my money. I owe them $25,000 and I am now looking for options where I can get this money back

Can anyone on this site help me here. I have all the relevant proofs needed to prove that they are a complete fraud.

I also use this broker from last few years i think its very good broker their support and service is very systemetic. i many time get very good response from them when i had some question. so i think you can invest with them.

The worst of any I've used live, the stop hunting is all too obvious. Pure and simple frauds.

It seems like on their Demo you can do well but when you go live you always loose. I don't recommend

I'm very happy so far and I have made a profit. The spreads are mostly 2 pips on currencies and they stay fixed. I'm able to scalp without a problem and trade on news. Platform trader is very simple yet has all the charts and indicators I need.

I had/ have real accounts with 11 brokers in 6 years and this one is the 12th. I funded small amount to test DeltaStock performances and results are:
Good things:
- They are regulated, public company;
- Good customer support (immediate answers);
- 200 and 100:1 leverage;
- Never freezing platform;
- Fixed spreads (even at news) and Level 2 option;
- Fast execution on L2;
- Funding and withdrawals by Credit/Debit cards;
Bad things:
- You can’t close positions partially on L2: With every lot (enter or close) you just change average entry. You have 2 choices: Close the whole position and open new one and you’ll loose on spread and commission again – That’s DeltaStock intention to grab more money from trader OR leave open position and risk the market will go against you, so you know the rest… to close winning trade at BE or with loss even.
- They are not ECN: DeltaStock is making money trading against you. The same as all MT4 brokers for now.
- Yes, fixed spread BUT with slow executions and a lot of requotes. Impossible to trade news.
- Yes, some kind of Level 2 but with huge slippage on every trade, entry and close! I trade EY and GY, I made 511 trades in past week, and I experienced an average slippage of 2 pips on 2 of 3 orders!!! I experienced even 61 pips slippage at non volatility time, Feb 13, at 09:09:50 GMT. On my complaint they answered it’s normal with L2 trading. In other words, their L2 option is with dealing desk still and they can close your position at any price they want. Yes, they have a ‘Limit’ option not just ‘Market’ but it’s useless: You need to fill in limit price, amount (lots) and click for execution: 10 seconds which is more than enough to miss right entry or close. If they thought to be serious with L2 they would have a preset (like few other brokers) where you can set slippage as a default for example 2 pips away from current price – so trader still can make trade with one click but with ‘Limit’ order.
- Commission on L2 for small accounts is 0.005%. You think that’s nothing? That was exactly 11% of all my profit I made and I made 90% on deposit. Think again about 0.005% or 0.003% for trades over 10k. Of course, depend how big your trades in pips are and how successful trader you are.
STILL, YOU CAN PROFIT WITH THIS BROKER FOR NOW. BECAUSE OF FAST EXECUTION ON L2 MAINLY. AND THERE IS NO NEGATIVE REPORTS ABOUT WITHDRAWALS, I DIDN’T TRY YET.

They have provided me with a few different options to trade, either through a normal fixed spread system or a variable no dealign desk system.
For the last 4 months, I have traded on the fixed spread system and I have had no problems. I withdrew funds, and although it takes approximately 3 days for them to process it - I received my funds almost instantly. They do a thorough job of everything - so sometimes things take time. But on the other hand, they have a real human being there to help out with any thing. Which I liked. WHen I had an account with FXCM, there was no service - same with others.

So I would highly recommend these guys.

In early 2007 we put in $20,000US and traded for about a month. At $22,100 value we took out $5000 and received the money. We closed the account and remaining $17,100 has not been paid out to me. Anyone know what really is going on?

I have used GFT for over 3 years. The charts and platform are very easy to use. The spreads don't widen during low liquidity. Since they don't widen the spreads , they play other games. In a fast market an order will sit there for a few minutes and if the market goes against you it will execute, and if it goes your way it time you out. During important news events the site always seems to go down. You can be watching a trade all day and when its time to close the position, the site locks you out and wont let you log on for 10 to 30 minutes. This has happened to me over and over.

Here is an important message for anyone that thinks you can loose all your money with a margin call: This company will not only take all your money if they give you a margin call, they will also charge you hundreds or thousands more because they will execute the order way under the margin call. I refused to pay them because I told them it was their fault for not cutting the trade in time. (This was not from a weekend gap). It happened during European hours. They will send a collection agency to try and collect the money from you.

I would stay away from this broker.

I've been using FXCM for the past 2years. Good company, spreads widen more often but overall they respond fsast to your request. I would say their customer service is good atleast they speak english.

I am on my second week now with the Australian AG Markets, but I have noticed that the actual spreads are always higher than what was shown before the deal, by around 3 extra pips. For the scalpers this is detrimental. Also few times I opened the deal or closed the deal it was executed few seconds later. Also I was told that "The current price has change" when Open or close the deal, which I had to re execute it except that it was already less than the price I was aiming.

That's all what I came across in just two weeks.

Please do not give out any information as you cannot reach anyone to talk to regarding your account with this company. Also, on your credit card statement there is no telephone number. This is definitely a rip off. Someone has a very well organized scam going on here. Please whatever you do don't fall for it! Getting the $39.00 initial fee taken off your credit card is like pulling teeth.

They offer 1.7 fixed on eur/usd and 2pips fixed on more then a dozen currencies. It is the best fixed pip spreads I have seen. I didn't think I would go with anything but M4 but the platform is nicer then m4. They respond quickly to me by email and they have phone support for live accounts. These are great spreads you usually see on bucket shops and these guys are not mm's. They are out of Switzerland and Regulated there. Supposed to allow credit card deposits soon.

Dukas's "SWFX-centralised-decentralised marketplace model" is a gimmick. They needed some sort of hook to attract people, all the big boys do it, "It's the real thing"-Coke, "Probably the best lager in the world"-Carlsberg, "Zoom, Zoom"-Mazda etc. etc. etc. Problem is KATIE from UK, that they certainly did invent the term SWFX, but sadly they are not, as they like to claim, the inovetors of this idea (A friend of a friend told me his buddy called Raivis works there and told him so, that new traders are gulible to this!) . If you use any broker that claims to be an STP or NDD broker, then they will all have various liquidity providers and are therefore all in their own "market place". What gets me is Dukascpy's Slippage setting, this is from a broker who claims to be feeding their live platform real price quotes...from their "market"? Then why do I read time and time again of failure to be executed, even with conservative "slippage" settings? To me it is either slow platform execution or low liquidity.

IBFX is simply a legally scam company. I’ve lost a lot of money with them without doing anything wrong, every time I start to make money and I want close my position, I get re-quote/ off-quote error and the platform won’t let you until you start loosing money then you can close your position. I don’t know how they get awards; they must have bought these awards from the money they are stealing from us (stupid customers like me)
IBFX live accounts platform is different from the demo accounts platform.
IBFX will always blame you, although you’ve not done anything wrong and that’s a sign of a legal thief.
Stay away from IBFX.

For what its worth, new Forex traders out there you must take the time to look into MB Trading. I've been trading for 11 years now from broker to broker and although some complain about small slippage, you can't beat the ECN technology and the spreads on even the exotic pairs are among the best. Anyway thought I'd share my 2 cents, I wish someone had given me advice on a decent broker when I first started, would have saved me time and money.

I am in Canada. If you are in Canada, DO NOT deal with PFGBest or PFGForex.com. They are not interested in your small investments and will only take your money and run anyway!!!

After extensive research and trading many demo accounts, I chose to deal with PFG and I opened a live account. They were nice enough initially, but I sensed that they were dancing around some issues. I decided to start with $500 USD.
When I asked for funding instructions, they said that I could only wire transfer the funds and the information is on the website. I looked but the instructions were rather convoluted and didn't seem to be straight forward. So I contacted them and asked for more simple instructions. Three different responses all pointed me to the same set of instructions. Seems to me that these are very yound people who can only cut and paste "links" and don't have any real experience or CARE about what they put the client through!
I printed funding instructions directly from their website and took them to a Royal bank branch (as this was the bank mentioned on the website). The bank told me that they needed an ADDRESS for the beneficiary which was missing(!) from the page. Also told me to go to my own bank to do this.

So I went home and printed their address (Chicago) and went back to my own bank to do a direct wire transfer. The lady there looked at the info and having 20 years of experiene in her job, told me that this wire might bounce back as the info are incomplete! I told her to plug in as much info as possible and it should go through.

Well, guess WHAT?! It bounced and I lost $57 to send and get back my own money! Furious and frustrated I contacted PFG and their stance (surprise surprise) is that I made a mistake and my bank made a mistake. The broker in charge of my account asked me to fax him all the documents I had regarding the unsuccessful wire transfer, so I did it TWICE, but he never discussed them with me, as if they never existed!!! He never offered a resolution other than TRY AGAIN!!!

I asked for specific instructions and whether I can mail them a cheque or a money order. They said that wire was the ONLY way to fund my account, so I asked them to provide me with a sample of a successful wire transfer from Canada that I can learn from. I got silence and nothing but silence from them.

I am so happy that my loss was limited to $57. I am so happy that I didn't get further involved with this SCAM of a company. Could you imagine what it could be like if I had actually MADE profits there and attempted a withdrawal?! They are quite excellent in ignoring what you say and not addressing your concerns. I say with absolute confidence: SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

I disagree with the previous post, I trade with AMI FX, a US based FX firm (better than Swiss given the issues over there) and they show me the full level 2's of the interbank market, so I guess Dukas is not the 'only broker to offer this feature'. And I know there fees are considerably lower and their IT dept is much more responsive than at Dukas. I understand you are in Europe so a Swiss broker may be desirable.

And you do not need 50k to open but you do need to do some decent volume, say over 400 million a month, in order to receive the raw spreads.

Depending on your trading style, you must select your broker. I choose Tradeview because of the diversity on services and the quality of execution. The problem you'll find is that there are so many alternatives to trade with them that is quite hard to sort out which is the best without conducting hours of research. I think they need a guide or an initiation for each platform and services.

I have been trading with fxcbs for few months, I like their MT4 ECN platform, low spreads, they also allow scalping and EA, but for professional accounts only (minimum deposit $10,000). I like their support too.

Following an investigation into Inderjit's claims in the review above, made by our fraud detection department, an indication of suspected system abuse was found. This abuse falls within the scope of system exploitation and therefore bares the consequence of account termination.

Mr. Inderjit Bhambras trading behavior suggested that he was working in a certain pattern. The pattern suggested that most trades made by Mr. Inderjit Bhambra were consequent to a news release of a specific region and the following trade being open on the currency of that specific region.

For example:

On 19/01/2010 8:30:04 GMT, a trade was opened on GBP/USD following an announcement from the UK. On 22/01/2010 8:30:02 GMT, another trade was opened on GBP/USD following an announcement from the UK. On 26/01/2010 8:30:01 GMT, yet another trade was opened on GBP/USD following an announcement from the UK.

The same case is repeated for the AUD/USD pair on 23:30 GMT following an announcement made from Australia, USD/JPY pair on 00:30 GMT following an announcement from Japan and much more. Attached you can find a scan of Mr. Inderjit Bhambra trade report indicating the specific trades.

The conclusion of the investigation was that Mr. Inderjit Bhambra was using a latency in the system’s data feed so as to have an advantage over Bforex and to gain unlawful profit.

As you may understand, a deliberate attempt to gain profits resulting from system abuse is a risk Bforex is not willing to and shall not accept.

Based on the above, Bforex had no choice but to act in accordance with its trading policy and risk management policy to close Mr. Inderjit Bhambras trading account and refuse the unlawful profit made.
