have been with many brokers over the last 7 years, fx solutions is the best by far, what few issues i had were taken care of fast and efficent. the only real issue i had involved the rule changes the the NO BRAIN U.S.A put into effect, but after getting my account out the the US (best thing i ever did) I have been making more money then ever. keep up the good work.

FXSol/Australia (MT4 Platform) is real robber! Last week they open trade for me with $790 loss. This morning (12/4/2009 Canadian Employment Change, 7AM), trading on news, I closed a position with about $2400 profit, to realize that they closed at same price at which was open ($0 profit). Responce: It was gapped and should not open! Graph shows that price did not gap. During NFP (8:30 AM, 12/3/09) I had a profit of $4345.05 just to realised an hour later that they took my profit - rationale: improper trading profit. When I complained about that, they deactivatedmy account. They also deactivated another account which I did not use for a months!

Overall this is a very good platform. The platform is easy to use. I very much like how you can change the time of calculation for the pivots. Also I like seeing the midpoints between the pivots. Customer service is great. I have been with the company 10 months and have had only one episode of slippage of 2 pips during a slow market. I think that is great considering the numerous trades I place. Either this can't be done or I haven't figured it out yet--I would like to be able to add more currency pairs to the existing ones that are on the main platform page. I don't like having to go a drop down menu to access the other currency pairs I use, like Eur/Jyp. My complaints are very minor. Well worth giving them a try.

Es un broker con muy buen servicio, el último contra que le pondria es que la plataforma gráfica es un poco pesada, no trabajan con metatrader, pero por lo demás me parece excelente, especialmente porque el spread es fijo, no como en otros que dicen tener spread bajos pero que también son variables y afin de cuentas lo disparan tanto como quieram

Total Scam:
1- High level of slippage.
2- Big rollover or overnight fees.
3- Poor execution if the costumer order is not favorable to the company interest. Some times fill out is more than 2 minutes or till you're loosing money (even in low demand times).
4- Bad costumer service including no product knowledge. Notice what you could expect, when the head of compliance, Walter Zuck have no knowledge of meaning of what usable margin and usable margin percentage are.

let me tell you a story about this piece of shit company, the day of the fomc announcment i tried to trade the eur/usd and got slipped 25 pips, i mean nowhere was this price ever existed, by the time i got out i lost 75 pips on 5 lots, so i try and contact customer service and it seems they were hiring people who did not understand forex at all, i will never use them again, there are a lot more professional forex brokers who deserve to have my money.

Average broker. Spreads are average, you can find many brokers with better spreads.
Good is fast execution and money withdrawal also very fast

i used this broker for two years, and i recommended it fo my brother who opened an account with them,so far so good, FOR TWO YEARS I DIDN'T FACE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM
