Please allow us do defend our name. The accusations of Mr. Egboro made me and the whole team very sad as we always strive to do our business in a most fair and honest manner. Firstly I see no harm in one company operating from several locations, after all we do live in globalized world. Secondly and more importantly, Mr. Egboro is a prime example of a client who refuses to listen and then blames others for losing money. Mr. Egboro had purchased our software but had trouble running it on his computer due to bad internet infrastructure in Nigeria. Therefore we accepted him into our Managed accounts program at no charge. The Managed account went up by about 20% and then dropped to about the starting balance. At that point Mr. Egboro decided to start trading on his own. Knowing that he has no experience in real money trading I have personally warned him about the perils of manual FX trading but he snubbed me by saying he has invented a great trading system. After he lost first major amount I have warned him again but he refused to listen and a few weeks later he has finally depleted his whole trading account. Although Mr. Egboro claims to have decades of experience in the Banking industry he is clearly completely incompetent when it comes to live FX trading and is trying to hide his frustrations behind blatant accusations of our company. TradeRobot Ltd was incorporated in the West Indies; however, their official address, known to the general public and given in the records of FXCM, is stated simply as Mahe Seychelles; but actual location from where they operate and send emails is an undisclosed address in Macedonia. This can be verified from the Skype addresses and phone numbers (eg +389 75 252 348) of their staff. Their major occupation lies in the provision of automated forex signals, using FXCM trading Station11, for unsuspecting forex traders. The following points are pertinent. (1) While dealing with FXCM, TradeRobot Ltd metamorphoses into ForexBot Ltd. . I have taken time to search for the web site of ForexBot Ltd but alas, none exists or I have not seen any. ForexBot Ltd is the main company and it is usually shielded in secrecy ,. The reason for this is a matter for conjecture. Whatever it is , the veil of incorporation does not change intentions and habits of the prime mover. (2) Their main products, itemized in www.signalbank.com, are Trade Robot Client (TRC) and Traders Dream Machine (TDM). While Trade Robot Ltd holds the patent for TRC, that of TDM is held by ForexBot Ltd..Both are complementary products ie if you buy one, you must buy the other.. (3) Pricing of TRC and TDM are in www.signalbank.com. and they reflect intentions of the company. While being the most expensive in comparison with its contemporaries, they are the least efficient. Payment for most auto forex products are made on one-off basis but that for TRC and TDM is monthly rental. In sum, the least price payable is USD2173 per annum. Additionally, a charge of USD1.50 per trading lot of USD10,000 or USD15.00 per trading lot of USD100,000 is usually effected. and credited to the account of ForexBot Ltd irrespective of whether the trading lot is winning or losing. Experience has shown that trades are entered, not because of a likelihood of winning, but because the robot must make money for its manufacturers not for the buyer or hirer. Buy or rent the traderobot and you become poorer while Traderobot Ltd a k a ForexBot Ltd becomes richer from the initial rental price and the incessant commission charges. With the Trade Robot Client, trading is done for the sake of yielding commissions to ForexBot Ltd because the software does not have the capacity to identify/select profitable trades and in a few cases when it does by chance, the profit generated would be extinguished by much higher losses. As I mentioned earlier, the soft wares are acquired through monthly rental and the purchaser is encouraged to make an advance payment of USD2173.00 to cover twelve months usage. However, express dissatisfaction before expiry of the twelve months and demand for a refund of the unutilized rental payments.
