Company response
Response from Stewart Cameron:

I would like to address the comments below.

MoneyBax is a reputable organisation and the people commenting have never had an account with MoneyBax. None of these people could prove they have had dealings with us. Firstly, we don't allow customers from the UK. Secondly, we have a Panama organisation that holds trademarks and patents which is not unusual - Dell uses Panama for the same reason. We are a diverse organisation and we are professional in everything we do.

The web site Diablo-fund is owned by a trader that has either stopped trading and is forwarding to ours or who knows? The simple fact is, MoneyBax respects the rights of those that wish to tell others of scams, however, these are malicious lies and I ask Forex Justice to do justice and ask these people to prove they have in fact ever dealt with us - we know they haven't.

Just to let you know that I am outraged and disgusted that you allow unverified comments on your site. It takes a very long time to build a good reputation and yet you allow absolute SCUM to damage a company without a single shred of proof.

The last comment relating to our trading is yet another lie and I have asked FXCM to respond to this. I have sent the following to FXCM before contacting our attorneys in the US.

Hi Adam

I would like your help please.

We are a client of FXCM, I see we have been getting some bad press on Forex Justice, perhaps our competitors are worried. The fact remains that bad press based on lies is unacceptable. I responded to Forex Justice last week and then we get another person writing in based on the fact they are one of your clients and that we lost 14% of their account. I have had one of my clients today outraged at the bad mouthing and will put his own testimonial on it.

We are a reputable company as you are and we need to protect ourselves from those that use the unregulated media to harm us.

We have not nor ever lost 14% and do not have a client as stated on Forex Justice therefore the guy that’s stating the loss of 14% is downright lies – As he states – he is a client of yours, I would like a response from your company to refute this lie and say so on your response. The link is here and I would appreciate your help in this matter.

Moneybax Forex/Moneybax Wealth is definitely a SCAM! They have taken £75K of my funds invested with them and are currently being investigated by the police in Guernsey (UK Channel Islands) for probable serious fraud. This is not money supposedly lost trading, they have just ceased to communicate and failed to return my funds as requested on 8th.June 2010.

Ok, I try moneybaxforex.com at fxcm for 3 weeks and the trading was very bad, i lose nearly 14% of my funds. Also, I try many time to contact and speak to the owner, Cameron, and he is a real pice of work with me. I dont know about the diablo fund, i never try.

I close my account and now use other manage account, very nervus after this bad trading. I think these a scam, tell many liars and not trading well with me.

I had money with the same manager at a different brokerage, he lost 25% in about two weeks. No positive returns at all. I pulled my money and found a great account at www.TrendAccounts.com.

I am now slowly making my money back and best of all there is only a $5,000.00 in going!

Originally was given 5 stars by Shaun on 12 March 2009 and wrote:

"First class service, and generate great returns for me and my corporate account. They have just changed a lot of things, a new website moneybax forex, I would have no problem in recomending them."

Further to my last review, they are terrible. Took ages to open the account in the first place, then kept changing the minimum and also changing the broker!!!

They claim to have been in the business a while, but are quite clearly a new company.

Had a decent run then went haywire with my money, losing 28% in one week.

And they wanted to charge me 40% for the priveledge. They have cooections to a firm in panama, stay well away from these.

On the hunt for a new provider now!
