I have proof of there robery and also have copies of live chat.i have too much to say about them but i think its enough for anybody to understand about them.Be care full of them. Very polite, well mannered, knowledgeable, professional staffs who are willing to assist every client to the best of their knowledge. One of the Best Assets of this company is their customer support people. Never get tired of answering customer inquiries and solving clients concern. I have been trading for several months now and all i can say is Great system execution, sl/tp's are filled accurately. I feel sad for those who call this very efficient honest and good company as "scam" for they throw destructive words immediately if they lose on the market. Acting like crybabies, brats who cannot accept losing even a single trade. What only matters to them is that they should win all the time, if not, the company is at fault. Blaming the company for the inefficiency in their own trading strategy. For the potential client who would like to try WindsorBrokers, you have all the time to DEMO TRADE their platform and know how their customer support staff deal with clients, and examine thoroughly their policies. TRY everything first and should the outcome not fit your standards, then DO NOT sign up. Friday, 13 November 2009 Written by Michael Roberts from Cyprus I was recommended to try Windsor brokers I am rather cautious due to previous bad experiences of trusting other peoples recommendations, so I got the demo trading platform, tried it out and liked what I saw, I have now had a real account for just over a month, I started with the mini, even thought they do offer a micro for beginners with min deposit of 25$ I opted for the mini with min deposit of 250$, thought I’d try my luck!! After all they are reputable broker with affiliation to regulatory bodies in Europe and locally in Cyprus where they are based. The re-quote on spot instruments facility often worked to my advantage as it is quick; there is no processing time where you lose out die to market change. They promised they have arabic speaking dealers by always a romanian answers the phone. On their website they say their employess speak 15 languages but until now I heard only romanian and greek. They are big liers. They say they are regulated by something in their country but I don't believe this even. They don't even own the building they talk about it too much. Ask them. I am very sad becuase when I visited them years ago at the old office they told me they were moving to a new building where their service would be better but it became worst.
