User reviews Monday, 28 September 2009 Written by Steven from United Kingdom I find their platform reliable, with only 2 or 3 faults in the past year of trading i'm very happy with it, one of the faults resulted in me losing money and they were happy to refund without quibble, another resulted in me losing money but they wouldnt budge, so not 100% on my side but overall I am very pleased with everything. Ease of use is great but minimum spread bet isnt very flexible. Also i find that during news releases, their spreads are only high for a short period of time compared with other brokers i've used.
