They have wonderful customer service and the website explains everything needed in order to sign up for each new account. The only thing it lacks is updated rebates. It only updates once a month, even though I it is trading site that delays the rebates. It's extremely nice to get the cashback every month. You could be a break even trader and still make money each month. Cashback is by far the best rebate site around. Poker has had the rakeback site for a long time and now it's nice to have some for forex.
