On one hand, customer support is good, as they are relatively quick to help me in dealing with my problems. On the other hand, I am dealing way too much time with their customer support, as their platform is not as robust as compared with other brokers, such as FXOpen, Private Scandinavian, and FXCM. Money Transfer (in,out) very fast. Never had any problem with them during my more than 3 years of trading with them.. ON TOP OF THESE THINGS ARE THEY ARE LEGITIMATE FIRM. Legitimation is the first thing are trader really wants from their broker.. I can say more good about them but have no time at the moment :) just give them a try and you wont be disappointed inshaAllah. And yes CMC Markets are the very big market makers in uk. They have very fast response in their customer service and order execution. Most of the time their spreads are fixed. Have a great software.On top of all things using them is SECURE. Saturday, 28 February 2009 Written by snug from New Zealand CMC markets is my first broker. I use their Office here in Auckland, New Zealand. I chose them because they were one of only a few forex brokers in NZ and I wanted a NZ broker for security reasons knowing that they are governed under New Zealand Law.(Their International headquarters are in London) They have very reliable server up time. Have a great range of CFDs and fixed spread, except at news time they go a bit overboard. They have always been prompt in client inquiries and appear to always present a professional image, especially in their long running national TV advertising.
